Fantastic Doctor and Staff! I took my family of 4 to see Dr. Neil, which included myself, husband and two daughters, 4 and 6 years old. I wore corrective lenses for 20+ years and therefore have extensive experience in an eye doctor's office. This was a first time my husband and daughters. At their young ages, my girls were a bit nervous. The staff made everyone feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. The office was clean and inviting, and pre-Covid had a fun kids area to hang out in. Each staff member had the proper PPE and we felt safe in their building. The testing was done with state of the art technology, which made it so much easier for my kids. It also gave some really impressive pictures of our eyes. When we met with Dr Neil, he was very thorough, explaining to me the health of my children's eyes as well as the status of my lasik surgery I had done several years ago. Dr. Neil spent a detailed amount of time with our family and was gentle and funny with the kids. Luckily, the kids and I did not need glasses but my husband got his first pair of official non-drug store glasses that day :) Not having any experience with RX glasses, the staff were great in helping him pick out frames and lenses that best fit his face and lifestyle. This had been my first eye appointment in over 10 years, but I knew I need glasses bad since I had suffered some extreme pressure in my head and had caused some permanent damage in my nerves. I was nervous about getting glasses since I wasn't sure how bad my eyes really were. I stepped into the office for the first time and was amazed at how modern and trendy it was in there. Dr. Neil was so wonderful about calming my nerves and really took the time to explain everything that was going on with my eyes. Such a friendly staff and awesome doctor. After he told me that I would have to wear glasses full time I was bummed! Then I met JACKSON! He was the absolute best. Helped me pick out the most perfect frames. I was desperately in need of some new glasses and after 2 failed at-home try ons from an online company, and a failed attempt to find frames I liked at my own doctor's office, I stopped by Vision Boutique just to check it out. I was immediately greeted by Adella and she began to help me find some frames for the "maybe" bin. Angela joined in and gave her honest opinion. Another gentleman, Jackson I believe, also stepped in and was SUPER helpful! I felt like I could trust all of their honest input and I was extremely thankful because usually I navigate the process alone and have no idea what actually looks good on me! Definitely would recommend Vision Boutique for all of your eye care needs! This was my first visit here and Optician Jackson was very friendly and accommodating upon arrival. I had explained to him that I wanted to transition from contact lenses into progressive lenses. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, the Doctor was easy to talk to about my eye care needs and he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some health information on my eyes. Jackson had picked out several pairs of frames and I found one that fit my personality. I picked up my glasses today and I felt like a little kid full of anticipation with opening a gift! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new glasses (the SALT. frames) that were picked out for me, I'm in love!!! These frames are the new jewelry for my eyes and the progressive lenses are spot on!!! I HIGHLY recommend this amazing optometrist office. Firstly, the trendy, modern decor of the facility creates a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere that compliments the unique and hip style of the high end lenses sold there. The knowledgable staff is top notch. Dr. Neal fitted me for new contact lens that have corrected my vision perfectly. Jackson, Z, and Angela also helped get me into an awesome pair of Tom Ford frames instead of the semi-rimless frames I had picked out which apparently "aged me" Lol! I was visiting St. John from Connecticut and wanted new sunglasses. We stopped in at Vision Boutique. Such a beautiful office!! We were greeted by Jackson Tyson who showed us the vast selection of sunglasses. Jackson was great! He took his time with me as I tried on nearly every pair of designer glasses they had in stock! He was patient, and friendly, but more importantly... he was honest. He steered me to the right selection of frames for my face. I love my glasses!!!! I was looking for a new eye doctor closer to home because we recently moved to Indiana. Noticed this place was super close and I am so glad I made an appointment here. The staff was friendly and helpful, very clean inside and the decor is super cute! Talked to Jackson for a few minutes about what I was looking for before I went in to see the doctor. Jackson was amazing, helping choose two frames, one for sunglasses and one for regular glasses. I felt overwhelmed with all the different styles of frames, but Jackson helped me pick out frames that I absolutely love and he gave me his honest opinion as I was trying them on.
