I hired Michael after our previous pool guy pretty much quit on us. Michael was very responsive to my quote request on Yelp and via text and was able to see our pool within the week. After Michael came and gave his assessment, he gave us more education on our pool than we ever got from the previous pool guy (imagine Bill & Ted giving you pool advice - that was our previous pool guy. Very nice, but there were things left to be desired). Michael came and saw the pool, and left it looking BETTER than what we "thought" was a clean pool. Vision Pools is an amazing company. Michael keeps our pool maintained every week. He works around my schedule which can vary from time to time. He does what he needs to do to keep the pool clean and as low-maintenance as possible. He made a special trip to my house to adjust the vacuum as the speed was too high and would climb the walls and come out of the water. This bothered my dogs who wanted to attack it. Michael adjusted the speed so the vacuum still cleaned the pool and climbed the walls but stayed in the water. No more crazy dogs barking in the mornings or at risk of slipping into the pool.
