Not only do I know she'll do a great job, I trust her completely to come clean while I'm gone and do everything that needs to get done. She cleans my blinds! Full disclosure and purported adulthood aside, I was not aware that blinds needed to be cleaned. They do. Initially she was cleaning for me every month, but I appreciated coming home to clean sink traps and windowsills and a shiny kitchen floor so much that I asked her to come every two weeks. Searched in the King county registry and they are not registered. It is illegal to do what they are doing and I will report them to the county. At first I was ok with it but when the maid damaged my house things deteriorated, I found out they would not cover any of it and they are not insured. Fernanda actually told me to bill the maid that she pays $30 or $40 a house to clean. Till today nothing has been paid to me. Fernanda Crispin gives you rates that are way higher than others cleaners because they say they are licensed and insured but will not provide that information. The rates are to reflect the higher costs she says but it is just not true. They send two people, one works the other either sits in the car or does very little work. In reality you are paying for one person to do the actual work. The second person is really there as a headcount so they can charge for two people. I will post my texts with her so folks know this is a legitimate review. I asked multiple times for both the license registration and insurance information and was denied both by Fernanda Crispin. I am flagging it for others so that you will not be cheated with the higher rates, and conned by Fernanda and also if she breaks something you will be covered by insurance. Finally, she is overcharging customers and taking a huge cut for herself. If you are paying $120 dollars to have your house cleaned, the cleaners get $60 and she gets $60. If you are using her ask for her registration (business license) and insurance. Trust me, you will not get it.

The owner a guy named Paul, answered the phone and gave me unrushed time to answer all my questions and concerns. At the end of the conversation, he asked me a question that took me off guard. He asked, "tell me three areas of concern that were not properly addressed by your last cleaning company, that are the most important to you? I thought that was a great question because it got into the open my expectations and where I felt my house needed improvement. He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that if I ever had a problem to please call him directly. That is good old fashioned customer service. Stephanie gives you a reminder call the day before and does her best to set up a cleaning schedule tailored to your needs. The ladies are the same team each time and if you talk to them about something they will remember for the next time as well. All of their products are green and odorless. If you have a specific cleaner you'd like used for something you can leave it out and they will use it as directed. Everyone speaks English and are "legal". The first 2 cleans are more expensive due to the deep cleaning necessary to bring everything up to scratch, but then the price goes back to the base rate. They even send out a QA rep to see how the team did after the job is finished and will reclean anything you are unhappy with. I would highly recommend this cleaning company.

I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well.
