Communication was excellent and the pricing while on the higher end was clear and transparent. I was extremely happy with how sparkly the bathrooms were and how well the shower door tracks were cleaned. I also appreciate the close attention to smudges on the walls and staining on an old sink in the laundry room. The overall work was good but if I had to nitpick they could've done a more thorough job on the harder to see areas such as the kitchen baseboards and the window tracks (closed position) and the dusting of the blinds. Upon giving feedback, the impressively hands-on owner, offered to send a cleaning professional over to rectify the overlooked areas and offered his sincere apologies. Sadly, in the rush of moving out didn't get photos of what they did well. Would still hire them again but would just pay closer attention to the completed job. I will admit it's reassuring to know they are quick to remedy the situation.

Her work ethic is unmatched, her skills are unparalleled and her friendly personality is a blessing when you are overwhelmed and unable to do a lot of housekeeping chores yourself. Her hourly rate is reasonable especially considering her deep cleans include inside cupboards, walls, windows and the always difficult cleaning of blinds! I cannot praise her enough! I didn't take before pictures because I was so disgusted by the condition of my new home. But let me tell you... I was SO HAPPY when I walked after Elisabeth worked her magic. I could smell the clean before I could see it. Everything I was worried about was taken care of. She went above and beyond and did some things I would have never thought of.
