I liked both doctors and was happy with their care. My satisfaction with the office staff has been steadily declining over the past 2 years, however. Over the past month I have tried repeatedly to get my records sent to a specialist for a necessary procedure. The office now uses an answering machine and does not respond to my messages. I've called multiple times over multiple days. No response. They've lost themselves a good patient.

The office staff has gone way down hill. Not providing necessary information regarding the cost of services and glasses, refusing to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is having trouble seeing due to an overdue balance that we didn't know about. Heartless and rude would be the best way to describe the people I have dealt with. The word inept also comes to mind. Dr. Forgues is an excellent doctor but due to his office staff I will be looking for a new eye doctor.

Made an appointment with Dr.Rebecca McLaughlin and was seen in about a week! The office is bright and sunny and super clean. Some country tunes playing in the waiting room and really friendly staff great you. Dr.McLaughlin was SO wonderful - saw me right on time, explained every step of the exam, and even helped me look up a new contact solution I was considering. So glad that they take my insurance (Harvard Pilgrim) AND they're just a few turns off of 395.

I was fitted for glasses with Michael, who was very knowledgeable. I ultimately made my decision after asking Michele, the receptionist. I like a woman's opinion, so sue me. The only problem was that I knew I only had $150 to spend through my insurance, the glasses I chose were $225, so let's see if I get hit with an overage bill. (would be my fault for having expensive taste ;) So -- great Doctor -- but know your spending limits :)
