Dr Ornstien monitored a potential issue on my right eye closely when I first started using contact lenses back when I was in high school. Joann in the office is always very helpful, efficiently makes appointments for me & let's me know once my contacts are in. Very good communication from Joann in the office always! She's always pleasant & asks how I'm doing. I've gone there for years happily paying out of pocket to have my eyesight in their care. With that said, they have very reasonable pricing. I was reassured and taken care of both times. Could not be more pleased with this office. The receptionist is always friendly and knowledgeable, as well as Brian who aids with glasses. I've been to other offices where my wait time was 2 plus hours. The doctors are always on time at this office. We love it here!

Made an appointment with Dr.Rebecca McLaughlin and was seen in about a week! The office is bright and sunny and super clean. Some country tunes playing in the waiting room and really friendly staff great you. Dr.McLaughlin was SO wonderful - saw me right on time, explained every step of the exam, and even helped me look up a new contact solution I was considering. So glad that they take my insurance (Harvard Pilgrim) AND they're just a few turns off of 395.

I felt like I was more of a nuisance than an appreciated patient. He was curt and made me feel like he couldn't be done with the appt soon enough. I've never been this disconcerted at a doctors office before. Horrible vibe. In regards to the mask mandate, there is no state mandate in place and I am medically exempt from wearing a mask as they induce panic attacks. Panic attacks can cause you to cry and your nose to run. It would make NO sense for me to trigger this during an EYE exam when you're trying to keep people safe from these facial fluids in the first place. It's appalling to treat special needs people this way! Just because you refuse to read the updated peer reviewed studies on cloth and surgical masks and their ineffectiveness during this pandemic, that the CDC themselves cited, doesn't mean you can behave in such a discriminatory way. The CDC exempts those who can't wear them. Do better and be nicer to those who have special needs.

I like Dr. Elliott because she is honest and upfront, qualities you don't find a lot anymore. I had had LASIK in 2005 with a surgeon in mass, and I noticed things weren't as sharp anymore. I was worried, I knew the LASIK was not working anymore and I asked her professional opinion as to if I should get it fixed or not. She said that I had great sight seeing near and that if I opted for tweaking my eyes to see better far, it would affect my ability to see close up faster. I appreciated that. She also knew I was anxious - and they have tests where they quiz your eyes and I thought that maybe I had major eye issues because I would be asked "what number do you see in that box?". I didn't see any number ... so I'm thinking, oh wow my eyes can't see much at all. Dr. Elliott told me they utilize some trick questions for the younger kids, and that it was a trick question. I was relieved because I thought I was worse off than I really was! ;) The girls that work with you to get glasses for driving were amazing too. Very sweet and helpful. They took their time to see what looked best on you. You were never rushed. 5 stars in my book.
