I have red gouges on both sides of my nose along with deep indents on my temples. They are the most uncomfortable pair of glasses I have ever owned. Every time I go in they adjust them. Six times adjusted and still the same as they were, however they did offer me $50 towards a new pair. $50.00 ? I can't wear these. The $50 will not get me a new pair. I'll never go back here. They can keep their $50, I'll go elsewhere and be out the close to $500 I paid. The customer service was terrible . Don't go here !

Quick and attentive is what I've got to say about this place!…read more So I woke up with pain in my eyes one morning and thought I could tough it out. By mid afternoon I couldn't bear it anymore and decided to give this place a call. They were able to squeeze me in that day before the office closed. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the front staff and given some paper work to fill out. Shortly after I was taken in by Dr. Feucht who was very knowledgable, kind and personable. At the end of it all he spent his time explaining to me what happened and gave me some meds which helped me feel better in no time. Very happy camper! Will be back again!

Less than a month after getting these, strange lines appeared on both lenses, almost like the glass was cracking. They replaced the lenses once, and I was told to pay thirty-five dollars, which I did. But just couple of days later, The exact same thing happened again to the new glasses they replaced, but only on one lens. Then I was told they couldn't replace them because I had already used my replacement. The staff also said I didn't have scratch protection which I asked for my receipt and definitely they charged me for it and claimed they had warned me not to leave my glasses in a hot car when I picked them up. That never happened. When I picked up my replacement glasses, they just adjusted them and handed them to me. Nobody discussed heat or gave care instructions. If someone had told me heat could permanently damage the lenses, I would have avoided it. Instead, I spent445 dollars on glasses that I wasn't even able to use, and no one was willing to help. What a Waste of money and time. The optician who assisted me was very rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was a tall woman with blonde hair who I spoke with during my last visit when I went to have my lenses replaced. She told me that she had warned me about leaving the glasses in a hot car, but that never happened. I find it extremely disappointing to be told something that simply isn't true straight to my face and not admit that the product is bad or simply replace the lenses or do something that both parties can be satisfied like offering to replace with small charge or any normal business will do other than blaming and lying to me. This is very poor customer service. Currently, I don't think they actually care enough to do something about it and make things right.

Turns out he gave me a prescription that was too strong! I called to reschedule within 90 days (within 30 days of getting my glasses). I was scheduled but unfortunately my babysitter bailed lats minute and my child was sick. I called the night before and left a voicemail and again the morning of. Even texted! I got a response via text that I would be sent a link to reschedule. I NEVER GOT THE LINK! I called multiple times to speak to someone to reschedule and left multiple voicemails. No one ever got back to me. I was finally successful and the girl "Julie" I spoke with was so NASTY! She goes "Oh you are the no call no show." I explained to her that I had called and texted and she refused to take responsibility. Even stated they never got any of my calls. I have screenshots of the amount of times I called. On the phone she told me my appointment would be the 21st at 1140. I got an email that said the 11th at 11. Strange. I showed up on the 11th and as i walked in, I received a second email asking me to confirm my appointment on the 21st at 11. I was furious. I came back on the 21st at 11. The second doctor was late but he was so kind and was able to fix my prescription. I asked the front desk for "Julies" name. The young girl stated "Well she's not even here." I responded, "That is fine because I do not want to speak with Julie because she is disrespectful." The girl laughed in my face and I asked fr her name in which she ignored me. I asked how i can report employees to someone and she provided me a card with an email address to which i did email. I walked out to LensCrafters who told me they were not sure if they could fix my lenses because I was 4 days past the 30 days. This was all at fault of Auburn Vision Associates. If this was my business, I would get new employees and if I owned LensCrafters I would evict Auburn Vision Assoc. and find someone else to do business with. Sad, sad sad.
