We received our maternity photos within the timeframe she mentioned but it took more than a month for us to receive our newborn photos. On top of that, she got my baby's name wrong on the gallery. It was a completely different name even though I texted it to her! Our package also included birth announcements which she designed but it took even longer for us to receive them! I had to remind her about them more than once! She didn't consult with us on the design, she just kind of did her own thing with it. I would've liked to see a proof or something before she finished it. When I finally got them I wasn't completely satisfied with them but at that point I didn't want to deal with returning and redesigning them.
