He provided high quality unobtrusive work in a timely manner and fixed previous sub quality problems from previous installer (he even made sure the work area was clean at the end of each work day). The employees are very friendly, patient, and there was no sort of high-pressure sales tactics as far as I could tell. Or maybe people just know better because they take one look at me and realize I'm unsellable. Or maybe it's just that the products in here are so impressive and top-of-the-line that they don't need to really push to sell anything. I can't afford to shop here, but it's a hell of a great place to bring a girl who has her own house or wants her own house. Then I get rewarded with a make out session in the parking lot. I love anything to do with a kitchen and someday hope to reach that perfect design in my mind. We took the time to stop in and check them out. We were amazed to find one in our odd size and brought it up. Turns out "the fine print says the sale is not on new-build materials." Hmm. Well, I took picture of the huge signs outside and see no "fine print," nor any signs within the store designating certain areas as exempt from the sale. Oh well. We put the window back and will take our business elsewhere.

It was a relatively small but tedious job because of the size and shape of the tiles. I wasn't even sure that the tiles word work in my space. I started making calls, but no one either had the time or wanted to make the time to do what I needed, but then I called Ray. From the time that he answered my call, until the job was done, he never said no. He did the job himself, kept in touch and showed up when he said he would. He instilled confidence in me because he never made anything out to be a problem or a big deal. No small thing...he's a nice guy!
