Went twice and got solid cuts both times at a reasonable price. A safe bet with genuinely nice people.

I went here to get a spray tan before my wedding after reading all the great reviews. I can't…read moreremember the names of the 2 ladies that were there working with me, but they were both very nice and sweet. I felt very comfortable!! Once the spray was over they gave me a dryer to dry the tan off with. I think it was a little too powerful, or I held it too close (most likely a combination of the 2) because my spray tan had drip marks on my back shoulder. No one else noticed unless I pointed it out so it wasn't too bad...but next time maybe they could help with that part or give a little more instruction. Before I left I was SUPER dark (I asked for the lightest option possible). I've spray Tanned before so I know it's mainly the bronzer, but asked how long it should stay on. I'm very pale and didn't want to look unnatural. They recommended overnight (I was their last appointment of the day so it was already late). When I woke up the next morning I was so scared because I was wayyyy too dark and it looked so fake :( I jumped in the shower to rinse off and was still super dark after. Considering it was now a day before my wedding I was in full panic mode and trying everything to lessen the tan. By the day of my wedding the tan faded to a more normal natural color. The final outcome was good and I was happy with it. If it wasn't for my wedding I wouldn't have panicked so much with the super dark color and let it fade naturally. The only negative was that the tan ended up on the inside of my dress and kept wearing off. By that time you would think it wouldn't be transferring to any fabrics (especially after all the showers I took trying to lessen the color). Even 4 days after the spray tan when I went to get a pedicure for the honeymoon the tan was coming off on the white towels the salon was using when wiping my legs down. Was very weird. All in all, I would return to get another spray tan because the final outcome was good and even compared to self tan or booths. However I would shower a little sooner instead of letting it sit overnight. And ask for help with the drying process :) and get tips on how to make it set better so it doesn't transfer onto clothing days after.

Only one patient is treated at a time, so you get Helen's undivided attention. She is extremely knowledgeable about aesthetic treatments thanks to her 25+ years experience as a master aesthetician, beauty expert, and licensed cosmetologist. I have recently tried three treatments: First, I had a microdermabrasion facial which was relaxing, cleansing, and rejuvenating--everything you want your facial to be! I followed that up one week later with one session of an anti-aging, "non-surgical facelift" that uses micro-currents to firm and tone facial muscles, reduce wrinkles, and stimulate cellular regeneration. My skin looked fabulous and I felt like the treatment erased a few years from my face for a few days. The idea with this treatment is to continue on a regular basis. Helen offers package deals for the series. If you want to look rejuvenated for your Zoom meetings, I highly recommend you try this treatment--keeping in mind that it is temporary. Great treatment to do before any holiday photos or professional headshots, too! Most recently, I tried the Infrared Body Treatment. Again, this is a treatment designed to be repeated regularly, and I have only experienced one session so far. The treatment involves Helen giving you a scrub body massage first, then wrapping you like a tortilla in an infrared sauna blanket which uses heat to help detoxify the body of unwanted chemicals and break up fatty tissue deposits. The goal is to get your heart beating faster to burn calories while you're wrapped up. Any opportunity to be massaged, wrapped up in a blanky, fall into a deep meditative state, and BURN CALORIES at the same time, is right up my alley. I can tell you it was a delightfully relaxing experience, but after one session, it's too early to tell if I burned extra calories. I'm totally up for another session, though!

Came to this salon after damage to my hair and scalp from another salon. I spent over an hour on a…read moreconsult with Stephanie and Noelle, making sure i was clear in my desired expected outcome. The owner was there as well and we discussed some options for "saving" my length and hair. I showed them many examples of what i wanted and we ordered the extension/weft hair. When i came back for the weft install, they could not seem to get my color to match the extension hair (but only in certain spots, see photos for patchy dye job). I had the wefts in less than a week (zero amount of purple shampoo could match these two colors together) when i called asking "what can be done to match my hair to these extensions i just paid a fortune for?!" No options were offered. As a matter of fact, they told me they shutdown for vacation for the next ten days. I said "can i come and have my real hair cut, i will remove the weft myself. It looks too ridiculous to walk around in", so again (after $1000 spent, ZERO options were offered). I cut the wefts out myself and came in for a haircut. I figured since i CAME to them with damaged hair i should give them another chance, incase this was the other salons poor color job or even my own miscommunication. Once again, my hair was bright yellow after showing them white/silver hair. My natural dark blonde hair has zero issue reaching a level 10 in a single process, so the fact that my already lightened hair could not achieve a level 10 color without yellow was their error. I was also there for over SIX hours for a 1/2 head of root touchup (something that took my new salon 90 minutes with a blow dry). You would think after having had been in their salon for many hours between a consult and weft installation that i MADE SURE they knew was incorrect, they would make more of an effort to get my color right this time. However, as soon as Noelle started drying my hair, again it was yellow. She consulted with Stephanie who decided to DOUBLE PROCESS my damaged hair due to their mistake. Their response? "This was the same formula i used last time!" Oh? You mean the last time it was wrong and i removed $1000 extensions on my own after 7 days bc you couldn't be bothered to retone my hair? Clients beware. This was nothing short of a money grab. The sad part is, between my horrible extension job, second chance at color and bringing my daughter, i spent over $1500 at this salon in TWO months. Save your time, money and energy and find a salon with experienced hair stylists -- this ISNT it. ETA (since i can't reply to comments) -- the only truth to the owners response is the dates. Congrats, i also have a calendar. My weft was NOT removed prior to me calling to express it did not match. It was removed once nothing was offered to back up your week-old botched dye job. The discontinued use of purple shampoo was also NEVER discussed, in fact, it was encouraged when i called to say the tones were completely mismatched. When i realized this was the only "solution" you would offer to back up your work, i learned how to take it out myself. Which i TOLD Noelle over the phone i would do if there was no fix. The fact that you are writing i took it out before calling is a flat out LIE. Backed up by the fact that Stephanie had a full tray of pliers, scissors and items to remove the weft when i came in for the haircut. A client that was leaving even asked me if i "was the extension client they were getting ready for". So which is it? I also would never have had any issues with the agreed upon pricing if the services i paid for were of quality, which they were not. OR, if i was given a realistic expectation such as "this will take a few times to fix", neither occurred. During my consultation, i was lead to believe i had a very achievable desired outcome. So, a money grab is actually the perfect description of what happened here. Regardless of the length of my ROOT re-touch, the TONE of my hair was completely wrong a SECOND time. If this was just about the root retouch (which took about 3 hours) i would have been fine. It was Noelle's ERROR that lead to me being double processed and there for an ADDITIONAL 3 hours (all of which you, the owner, were gone for a wedding). So to act as if you know what occurred when you weren't there is about as laughable as how much pride you take in your salons "work". I went from Sept 28-November 25 (the same amount of time between my 2 color appointments at your salon) and was able to achieve exactly what i wanted elsewhere. So let's call this what it IS, a skill issue. And what's interesting is the lecture in hair health from a salon that unnecessarily double processed my hair, instead of just using the correct toner. Hopefully this review serves as a warning for others and they do not waste their money on inexperienced stylists.
