Booked the appointment days in advance and even got to the appointment 40mins early and was informed was not able to be seen until my scheduled appointment (Not a patient in sight during the visit). I acknowledge and informed I would return. Upon return I was 5-10 mins late due to attempting to locating parking, just to be told SORRY but you're too late for your appointment and the next appointment is within the next 10mins. NO empathy to attempt to reschedule the appointment and the feeling of not wanting me to be there. I kindly said ok no worries I locate services elsewhere. Found it LENS CRAFTERS from a google search that I did not know existed and not only was there parking, I was able to walk in and be seen that day even though the lobby was full of patrons. The feeling of been welcomed was a relief, will be HIGHLY RECOMMENDING this location for their willingness to assist, without been treated unwelcome, like the other location (VISION NOT WORK).

The shop is beautiful- very modern, very tidy, ever so tasteful and the selection is vast! Garrett and Max helped me and were excellent! Clearly Garrett absolutely loves what he does. Buying glasses has, for me, always been torture. I have a very thin face and really struggle finding anything small enough. And I like very plain, very subtle, very classic frames. When I explained this, these two gentlemen culled their collections and provided me with close to a dozen choices. I was flabbergasted! And once I tried them all, I still found I had several choices - any of which I would have been pleased with. They were extremely helpful, kind, polite and really funny as well, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The price is not cheap, but I believe you get what you pay for. When I received a text letting me know my glasses were ready, I arrived fully anticipating several adjustments. Max got the glasses and I put them on- perfection! Not a single adjustment was necessary! And the lenses are incredible. The crispness of my vision is almost beyond description! This is a wonderful eyewear boutique! Go there! I found this guy that does repairs and had great reviews so I decided to check it out. He told me to "come back in an hour" and when I did he had put my kid's eyeglass lenses into new frames and my kid could see again!! The original frames were pretty cheap (the lenses were the expensive part), so I'm glad he was able to salvage them. Even though he is moving, I would be willing to drive to his new location if my kid were to break his glasses again. Way cheaper than buying a new pair!!

The office is very modern, clean, and organized. The technician did some tests and then I met Dr. Kriti Bhagat. Dr. Bhagat is the owner and founder of Eyediology Vision. She was very professional and friendly. My husband purchased glasses with Eyediology Vision and the staff were very helpful in the process. She thought there was an issue, so the office set me up with Dr. Kriti Bhagat, OD, FAAO. Eyediology Vision is only about 8 months old, and on the East Side in the Bliss building. It is difficult to park; there are only 2 spaces in the parking lot for visitors. There is on street parking if you get lucky enough to find a spot, or a pay lot not far from the building. The office itself is gorgeous! Black and white finishes, and the equipment is state of the art. The staff were very personable and friendly. Dr. Bhagat is just as friendly, took her time with me, and explained everything she was doing in layman terms, and that made my visit a great one. She specializes in my type of lenses- the reason I am grateful my doctor referred me here. If you are looking for an eye doctor, this new office is the place to try!
