    I had an average experience here. Some service staff and doctors had less than good service, while a select few seemed to care about their customers. But the price in general is hefty and I felt taken advantage of with both glasses and contacts ordering. One doctor did not take the time to help me with contacts fitting. When I said something didn't feel comfortable, the staff said she will see if the doctor is available, but came back saying the doctor was busy with another client, and I should just try to adjust to the contacts on my own. I was eventually comfortable with my contacts, but think the lack of attention from the eye doctor was quite disappointing. When I was checking out, the lady who helped me was not familiar with my insurance and was trying to overcharge me. I had to bring up a copy of my policy to show them. Also, their Acuvue Moist Daily 90 pc cost $90, while the internet only showed about $30 per box.

    When I entered the store, I was greeted by the receptionists right away. The receptionist was cordial and professional. After filling out the necessary paperwork, I waited in the store to be called to the back. After a few minutes, the technician called me to the back. The technician never introduced herself, but was professional with her work. I was impressed with the technology and the equipment that was used. After the technician did her tests on me, I saw Dr. Bharadia. He was very pleasant and thorough with the examination. Overall, I had a good visit and I'm looking forward to my new glasses.

    Waited an hour after my scheduled appointment before I could finally go back to get my eye exam. Then another 30 min before I could talk to someone about my glasses and what insurance covers. I didn't even look for glasses (I was using the same frames I already owned) and still spent 2 and a half hours in there. I was told the next day my lenses would be ready, to bring my glasses up and it would take 30 min. Well the next day I come after work and they said it would take 1 hour to do and that I would actually have to come pick them up the next day. So finally it's time for me to pick up my glasses and they were so dirty! Finger prints all over the new lenses. So I asked her to clean them and then she hands them to me and I put them on my face to go about my day. Only to drive to work and realize she didn't clean them. There is dirt all over them! I know it's the same stuff I seen before I handed them to have the lenses put in. So I've now drove there 3 times and I have dirty glasses! IM PISSED! on top of that, they are crooked. She didn't even make sure they fit my face right before I left. It's like the lady is tired of doing her job. Do better !

    Their $1 eye exam is a great deal. I made an appointment and they called me in a few minutes early. The exam is done in two parts and is quick and painless. They will dilate your eyes or you can choose the dilation free look at the back of your eye - really cool pics and they'll explain what you're looking at. If you need glasses you can get them right after the exam (they carry Ray-Ban frames now). They can give you what you need or want. And if don't need or want glasses, there is no hard sell. An annual eye check is a good idea, the price is right, and they get you in and out quickly. Go during the week, before the end of year rush, and during the work/school day to avoid the crowds!

    Appointment scheduled for 5pm and still am waiting to be seen (6:20pm). Will never come back here. Did not leave the store until after 7:15.

I keep calling but the billing lady is always out of office or the office is closed/on lunch? My appointment in itself was an absolute tragedy. I've been going to the eye doctor for over 15 years so I have a pretty good idea of how an appointment should run. I first go to do the basic eye testing (little house on prairie machine...pics of the eyes etc.) the doctors assistant running my tests had no idea what she was doing. She didn't tell me to take my contacts out and when I said something she just handed me a contact case and some empty contact solution bottle. No sink, no form of sanitation, no mirror, NOTHING. When I saw actual optometrist everything was fine...but the check out process was a NIGHTMARE. No one in the office knew how to run insurance, they forgot my credit card in the back room twice, they did t know how to give me a receipt, and this entire process took over an hour! I paid for my contacts but have yet to receive anything and it's been over a MONTH. The lady that does the billing is never in the office because everytime I've tried to call to check on the status of my contacts she's never there!! And she never calls me back! I just want my contacts. I hope they see this and finally get back to me. Last time I called was today at 1:30 and the voicemail box said they were "on lunch"??? Ridiculous.

Dr Clark recommended a cataract consultation....no one ever called me to set up a consultation, so I called back to see if the referral was sent. A referral was not sent. Still no call to schedule anything. I called Gaddies back, and still again, a referral was not sent. This time I was a little frustrated. The girl I spoke to on the phone was so uninterested and indifferent about my frustration and kept talking over me and projected my frustration back on me. I left a voicemail and called back a half hour later. I asked Priscilla who she reports to and she spoke over me then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to her again. She said she didn't have to be nice to "people like me" and that I was being rude to her, despite her hanging up on me. I asked her to explain the charges and why they were sending a statement a year after the service and it being paid in full at the time. I asked why no one is holding billing (which is her) accountable. She told me again that I needed to pay it or she didn't care what I did at that point. I asked her what she meant and she hung up on me again.
