Stopped to order glasses for my wife and I. They were having system problems and were trying to find work arounds. We started the payment process and they had problems processing our UCARE rewards cards and our credit card. They were unable to complete the order. They forwarded the issue to their audit department. Their response was that they transaction did not go through and we would have to wait 30 days for the money that was debited from our reward cards to returned. On top of that their system lost my wife's part of the order. I will not shop their again. read more

I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered contacts from them two weeks ago, and they didn't place the order. They lost my business. Never go to them. I did like working with the doctor. He was very helpful, and did everything to get my contact prescription correct. The person who helped me never told me I had to pay for them first. That is not how a company stays in business. Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Had an appointment booked for weeks, filled out the required forms online and went in for an appointment. Was told by an overly rude employee that because we never called to verify insurance prior to the appointment, despite the insurance being on the paperwork that we filled out ahead of time and that stated nothing about calling, we were turned away. The store was completely empty at the time besides us. This was easily the most disappointing experience I've had and am shocked staff like the individual who helped us can be employed in a customer service roll. Spend your money elsewhere - this place clearly doesn't care about their customers. read more

My glasses had broken and I was in need of new glasses immediately, and the staff at Visionworks at the Faribault Mall came through with customer service above and beyond your average store. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helped me fix my damaged pair until my new glasses would be ready. The staff did an excellent job of helping with the selection process for frames and the Doctor did a thorough job with the eye examination. I highly recommend Visionworks. read more
