    Jacob was awesome in helping my wife, son and me pick out our glasses...He gets a 15 on a scale of 1-10 in customer service!!

As soon as I opened the front door, I was Immediately greeted with…read morewarmth and enthusiasm by the optical staff, even as they continued to assist the patients they were with. This set the tone that continued throughout my visit. The front desk staff were efficient and knowledgeable about my insurance, which made checking in a breeze!, I enjoyed a thorough exam with the technician, and the digitally assisted optometrist. This was a new and interesting experience, which the tech made comfortable and easy for me. Afterwards, when the technician personally walked me back to the friendly optical staff that had initially greeted me, it felt like rejoining new freinds. She was able to translate to them my doctor's recommendations for my contact lenses (and "very important back-up glasses!") in a way I would never have been able to, jad she just handed me my chart and pointed the way. My experience in optical, deciding which type of lenses I would have, choosing my new frames... they were with me every step of the way. Answering every question with easy to understand phrases that helped me make decisions I feel great about! MyEyeDr in Fayetteville has my business for good. And I can't wait to spread the news!

I told him I had to go to work that afternoon and he was saying go and and it's urgent .I did call around but couldn't get an appointment that same day. I was so upset at work. Also it was told VA paid for this exam and he said go to talk to them. I will never return here. I want to know how he figures you get appointment same day.

At 3 months old he has been waiting for glasses for more than a third of his life. Originally the nearly $500 glasses were supposed to take 2 weeks. After constant calling through week three and four we find out the color of the frame was discontinued and a new color would have to be chosen. Would have been nice to know. Fast forward a week and surprise! That color is now also discontinued. With my daughter and grandson leaving in days they asked for a refund on the frames. Guess who doesn't do refunds. This place is a joke. 2 week glasses are now going on 6 weeks.

    I went to take my kids here for their annual eye exam and to get some new glasses. While the front…read morestaff was following COVID-19 protocols, the doctor conducting the eye exams (Dr. William Philbrick) did not. He states to his staff that he refuses to wear a mask due to some study presented to him at a conference he attended. It doesn't matter what study or conference you attended - the Governor mandated wearing masks in public and public-facing businesses. Not only that, but then he tells my children to take off their masks when conducting the exam. A board-licensed doctor essentially asked a child for consent to make a medical decision when the child's parent was in the waiting room. When I called to make these appointments, I specifically asked if they practiced the COVID-19 protocols, and they advised me that they did. On the outside looking in, it seems that they do, but for the doctor that never came to the waiting room, he obviously does not. This is ridiculous as a parent of children who are categorized as high-risk for COVID-19. I only found out afterwards, when my kids and I were eating dinner, and I called the clinic to question if this was true, and they confirmed it. After all that, I asked for my money back, and instead of giving me my money back, they charged me twice!
