Had a mishap with my glasses and took them in to get a replacement, instead they fixed them for free, very quickly. Really appreciated it.

I am glad we did.The trip out there resulted in picking up a couple more utility totes and a couple insulated lunch boxes to take back cold stuff in, which was a real blessing. The patterns I chose were holiday hounds and catnip christmas(which are pretty cute patterns for the holiday season). I found them on a great deal which in this economy always good, when you can find a good deal on Black Friday weekend. The staff was very sweet in helping me locate what I was looking for. We'll see you next season.

I went to the actual store at the Legends in KCK hoping to find it before my granddaughters upcoming birthday. Unfortunately the backpack she was wanting was a very popular design and was completely sold out even thru the website. My husband and I were both blown away at how not just one but every employee in the store that day went above and beyond trying to help us find what we were looking for. It sadly is rare to get customer service at all anymore so it was very refreshing to not only receive good customer service but exceptional customer service by everyone there. Thank you we will definitely return to your store in the future.

Great customer service yesterday on a visit, was even encouraged to go outside and walk around with a pair I was considering that had a price tag of around $200 (Oakleys if you must ask). How's that for customer service and more importantly, trust? Probably my honest good looks (cough...). Colleen assisted me yesterday, was delightful and quite helpful when I explained my most pressing need in sunglasses (hiking, must rest comfortably under a tight fitting ball cap, good UV protection ,etc.). Good sanitation practices in use. Once you try on a pair they go into a special container for sterilizing. Hand sanitizer available for customers at the register. Lots of really cool things to look at, more than I probably should, but I knew specifically what I was in the market for so didn't take long to find my purchase, and now that I've worn them out and about for critical need activities like, oh, getting carry out tacos and my daily hike, I'm a happy customer. This is in The Legends shopping center, not exactly my favorite place in the world, but you can park within 50-75 yards easily enough, or at least for now with the pandemic still on you can.

There are multiple restaurants including Yard House, Five Guys, Panera and Chipotle. I loved how the pathways are filled with grass and natural plants. We spent couple hours here on New Year's day. It wasn't busy, so we had great shopping experience. Staff members in all the stores provided a friendly service. We bought a bunch of stuff from different stores. All the stores offered got discount, between 25% - 75%. I wish the signs were little better so we could know what shops are in what direction. We drove to both ends of parking lot to explore both sides since it was really cold to walk outside. But overall it seemed to be the go to shopping spot in and around KC.

They could actually repair the phone as promised, and that's what I paid them to do…read more IF they are Apple certified to repair the iPhone product, they are using NON COMPLIANT JUNK PARTS that ruin the features of the phone. Mine was ruined by a non compliant screen. The Apple store I consulted AFTER the FIX ruined my phone assured me that my resulting iphone problems are a known failure in iPhone 16 Pro Max when a non-compliant screen is installed, or, an improperly installed compliant screen is left without properly finishing that repair!!! I was told by the Mr Fix-It technician that my phone would need an ADDITIONAL $800 software update and extensive upgrades to get it back to where my Facial Recognition would function like it always had until the non-compliant screen was installed and that feature stopped the day the screen was replaced. I returned to the store the next day to find out what was going on, and was told my phones camera was not aimed properly. After he took the phone apart and tried to use folded paper to push my camera into the right place, he told me he would check with Apple and other techs to solve the problem that was created when my screen was replaced. Several days later I returned and was told I needed to spend $800 more to repair my defective or outdated or substandard software repaired to get my Facial Recognition to work again, like it did UP UNTIL THE NON-COMPLAINT SCREEN was installed. Heres an interesting fact: a new APPLE SCREEN, installed at an APPLE CERTIFIED REPAIR FACILITY costs $800........ So, I paid $370 to have my phone ruined by this place, and was told I would have to spend $800 MORE to get it to work with THEIR SCREEN. And, I would be leaving it with them to get that repair done AT MY EXPENSE, on top of $370 that started the whole problem??? I asked on my first return with my "now damaged phone" by the bad repair parts, if he could just put my cracked but fully functional, working screen back in. He said he could not do it AND he didn't have the screen anymore anyway..... so that was not possible. I was willing to pay for his labor, but not a RUINED phone!!! My experience with this fake repair facility was not good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do your own research and your own decision making about trusting their advertised CERTIFIED STATUS as an APPLE repair facility. So far they have done NOTHING to help me get my phone to operate like it did BEFORE the repair ruined it. By the way, the phone is now not worth anything to APPLE as a trade in. It is a Non-COMPLIANT, altered iPhone. The screen is shown to be NON-COMPLIANT on the information about the phone on its phone software and hardware info listings. It is the cause of my issues per APPLE. I was told to pay the additional $800 to get my phone fixed, or just keep using my iPhone security code to unlock all my apps and use my phone every time it goes into security screen. So far that requires me to do that about 50 times a day.............. Add this to the very disappointing story: the screen will go black, display a long rectangular orange-and-black background shape and then go black and stay black and unresponsive to any touch. Sounds will still play from a video, or a website I am watching. The screen will come back on after about 15 minutes. It has done that now at least 6 times since about 2 weeks after the repair failure. The screen and the repair are supposed to have a 4 month warranty!!!!!!!!!!! How much more will I be told I have to pay to get this problem fixed???? I am very sorry I EVER allowed the place to touch my phone and RUIN IT. Stay tuned, because this is not how you do business as a REPAIR FACILITY!!!!

He would have to order this. It seemed like this could have been explained and ordered much sooner but okay. I let it go and made another appointment. I prepaid. He said he would email my receipt that I never received. After the repair I see that he only replaced the screen and not the entire frame that we ordered and prepaid for. He said he just got the frame in and could replace it for an additional charge in 30 minutes. Huh?! Pissed off we just wanted to leave and guess what...? He can't furnish a receipt again! Lesson learned the hard way. If I was alone I may have taken out frustrations on this guy. Luckily a cooler head was there.
