Maybe one day we will live in a world where we can utilize insurance as much as we see fit ‍ I brought some glasses that I got here last year to have repaired and my warranty covered a whole new set for only $50. The original price for the frames and lens were about $700 altogether. It's definitely expensive to have visual acuity, but I think we can all agree it's a source we all rely on to maneuver through our daily lives! The guy made them so big they slip off. I can't take off any more time off work to get these straight and apparently I don't have any other options. If they were going to insist on it, they should have told me up front. FYI- they didn't see anything with the X-ray. Then, when it was time for the glasses/ lens, I brought in my own frames and they had me sign a form stating that if they broke my frames, they would not be held liable. I should have left then. Who breaks frames and then still blames the customer? FYI - the frames came back in 1 piece. I probably won't be back.

Appointments are always pretty much on time and I'm usually in and out at a pretty decent rate. I've not gotten glasses from them but I do get my contacts through them. I believe they have a home delivery option but I've also picked them up there. I've never had any insurance issues and the clinic is always clean. My wife called in to get a quote, she was very specific that I needed both an exam for glasses & an exam for contacts the quote was for $135. When I get finished with my exams the total bill came to $252! We called Epic Vision to figure out why the cost was over a $100 more than the original quote the stated that we were quoted a wellness exam and again we were extremely specific that we needed both exams. We asked if they would honor the original quote that they provided to us, of course they would then preceded to LIE to us and tell us that the charge couldn't be changed because there was no way to stop or change the charge. Long story short don't waste your time or your money all they will do is misquote you, lie to you & be rude as soon as you walk in the door. Why would you want to work with a lying company? Avoid at all costs!

The staff is always nice and it is clean. I am usually able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I gave a four is that the machine has went on the blitz several times in the middle of the testing. They have gotten it worked out during those times but I despise the testing because it takes longer than a typical test so I've had to prolong the testing.
