I showed up, filled out a patient form and was seen after a less than 5 minute wait. That has NEVER happened anywhere else! The ladies were so nice and patient. The gal helping me pick out my frames was very helpful in finding some for my face shape, coloring, and budget. It was so easy and I can't wait to pick up my glasses! The only negative? They're in Round Rock, but it was worth the drive!

I took my daughter for an appointment and after the doctor did her examination, she was on the…read morecomputer looking up sickle cell and told me to go to the doctor for bloodwork. No explanation was given. The doctor was nice and all. But I paid a $25 co-pay and paid $40 for the fundus photography. I called later and wanted to request the notes and photo and the front office lady that answered was extremely rude. She told me it would be like 5-7 day turn around and I explained to her that it was an urgent matter because the doctor saw something in the photo of her eyes and was looking up sickle cell and that I had a doctor's appointment the following day, so I needed the records. Even after I explained the urgency she said there were people in front of me also requesting records. Later that day she emailed me stating it would be $25 for the notes from that visit. I wasn't requesting complete records I just needed the notes from that visit so I could provide the doctor with the notes. I definitely will not be going back. This is highly unprofessional.
