You can bring your own snacks if you like. We did. +6/-6) The crew does accept tips. For our experience I would absolutely have tipped. But because of -2) below I did not because that had my unused $40 ticket fee already that was not refundable. I felt that was my tip instead. See below. NEGATIVES -1) The access to the boat IS NOT handicap accessible. I did not see this warning on their webpage when we ordered a ticket for our 75 year old mother. If I missed the warning I apologize. -2) Tickets are non refundable once you order. This was noted on their website. We ended up loosing (1) $40 ticket cost because our mother was not able to go. It would have been nice to have been offered a voucher to come back at a later date considering, A) you had our money already, B) 1 return voucher would have obviously turned into other purchased tickets and not just the one person and they would have gained more fees. -3) Because tickets are non refundable I do not recommend buying them in advance. Although you save $5 by buying early you may end up loosing out if your whole party doesn't end up going like we did. Just get there at least 30-45 minutes early and get in line. You'll be fine.

Tom is a lovely man who is just as genuine as he is kind and knowledgeable of Naples. He is a local at heart as he grew up in one of the houses along the canal which is continuously being supplemented by research and inquiries he makes of the other locals he has met in the community. His love for the history of Naples exudes from him and his excitement is contagious. I do not know how many times he has done this tour but it truly sounded as if he was just as invested and excited as if it were his first. The Huell Howser of Naples, this tour is worth the money solely based on Tom. It is an experience well worth the time and money and I look forward to coming to visit Naples again.

I've put in a second request for a tour for two people on the date I requested, and so far no one has responded, so this one may also be canceled. At least two Viator representatives have called and sent email messages to try to get my tour confirmed, but they've not gotten a response. I also sent a message to the tour company asking that they respond to my pending tour request, but no response. I have given this tour company one star for poor customer service.

We fully trusted her recommendations and tips, such as getting at the park at an early time, etc. We were able to do SO much: including coasters for my 6 year old and younger kid rides for my 3 year old... plus there were 4 adults who all had fun. What was most remarkable was that we really did not have to wait in line long at all, to the credit of Christine's expert planning, navigation of the parks, and her navigation of fast pass lines. There are a few different stops for the Red Car Trolley -Buena Vista Street near the Disney California Adventure Park Main Entrance -DCA Main Hollywood area next to Carthy Circle -Disney Animation Building -The Hyperion Theater. The Red Car Trolleys are modeled after the Pacific Electric Railway Trolleys. These were used in Los Angeles between 1887 and 1961! Get a chance to ride on it soon. Disney will be decommissioning the Red Car Trolley at DCA for additional attractions in the Avengers area! It was a great ride, and it took about a 20-minute round trip with all of the stops!
