This is absolutely the best place for her. She is genuinely loved, cared for, and supported in every way she needs. My mom has shown improvement, and although she is not yet able to walk on her own, I have complete peace of mind knowing she is in such compassionate and capable hands. I cannot thank them enough for the comfort and reassurance they give me every day. The care and love my mom receives from Stacy and all of the caregivers goes far beyond anything I could have hoped for. Stacy has only the best caregivers taking care of her clients. The caregivers are kind and attentive, they make sure that our Dad's every need is met. They involve their clients in games, exercise and other activities, and Dad says the food is always great! Our family can visit as often as we want. We've been continuously updated on my Dad's health condition since he arrived there, If we have any questions or concerns Stacy takes care of them immediately. This truly is an amazing place, so amazing that we've moved my Mom into Stacy's home too. My parents and our whole family are so thankful for Stacy and "Care With Love." I've been to only 3 other homes like this, visiting family friends or family of friends. The place…read moremust be sorely understaffed since call buttons are answered at best in 15 minutes, usually 25. TV had to be provided by family. How easy would it be to have a TV there in each room? Hotels charge 5x less and provide at least a cheap entry level flat screen. I'm actually pleased with the staff. It's a busy place even with a good amount of staff. So I'm not sure why all button issues take too long. It's confusing. I wish the design was better oriented for easy access to outside enjoyment. Like even for bedbound people.

Our issues started a few months after we brought mom to this facility…read more The owner demanded a $2,000 increase in our monthly rate with no justification, she gave us 72 hours to pay the fee or leave!! There was no change in the level of care provided (mom was admitted at the highest care level offered) and we had a contract in place!! Being a small town with limited options we paid the increase. We had to deal with several issues while mom was there, employees that were caught stealing and were fired only to be hired back later. Another employee was caught drunk on the job and neglected to give the patients their medications! The owner Liza is not a nice person, very argumentative and can become extremely rude and nasty. The straw that broke the camels back and the reason for this review is the phone call we received the day before our mothers burial. We went to clear out moms room (we got a call from Liza letting us know she already had the room booked and we needed to pick up her belongings ASAP even though we paid for the entire month) and we noticed that a hand made quilt was no longer in the room. We asked about the quilt with the staff and was advised they would look for it and get back to us. Fast forward to the day before the burial, Liza calls and begins to argue with us stating that we never brought over the quilt and quickly became her usual nasty self talking over us and calling us liars. The facility is continuosly under staffed, the staff they do have are not qualified, one of the employees currently on staff is eighty (80) years old!!! If you have other options take your loved ones elsewhere!

Opened in Fall 2021, Elder Love is a little hole in the wall with super friendly staff, an awesome playlist, and (as it's street name would suggest) an eclectic mix of vintage and current brands. The assortment of clothes was small as of November 2021. But it was a nice mix of vintage designer and cool trendy styles, for both men and women. For such a small space, it also packs in a wonderful assortment of pictures and artwork, furniture, and dish-ware. It's location is also ideal for a multi-store trip. You can hit Elder Love, Collector's Corner, Goodwill, and the ACS Discovery Store in rapid succession since they are all 5 mins away or less from each other. Flash 50% sales in Mondays.
