I all, I did not let my daughter get her teeth worked on by them because I lost trust in their work ethic. Dr.Bang defended his employee by saying she always tells people not to bring their children in the office only the patient due to the pandemic. I came in without an appointment hoping he could give me relief after 4 days of intense pain. His staff was very understanding of the situation and every one of the girls were great! Dr. Jong was able to give me the attention needed even without an appointment. I was very impressed with the equipment in his facility and his ability to perform a CT scan finding an abscess in my tooth. Right then and there he performed part one of a root cannel for me, putting me out of my misery. After 4 nights of not sleeping I cannot thank Dr Jong and his staff enough for doing this for me. It's obvious he prioritizes all of his patience and is an amazing Dr. I cannot recommend this facility enough!

I received a call on Monday stating that I had missed my appointment and I explained that this was due to my dog being in the hospital and was unable to make the appointment. They stated they understood and that I probably wouldn't be charged the $60 for the missed appointment. The next day I receive a call stating that I still have to pay the fee, but I had a $20 credit (which I did not know about) so I only owed $40. I stated that I would not be paying anything and that my dog is STILL in the hospital. She transferred me to her office manager and I explained the same thing. Life happens, and when there is an EMERGENCY the last thing you are thinking of is your dentist appointment. The office manager was rude, condescending and told me they are running a business. I offered my dogs medical records and she still would not budge. She also told me that because I missed an appointment in Dec 2024 I had a "history" of missing appointments. Then when I became upset she kept saying "wow, wow, wow" and then HUNG UP ON ME. I will never again do business with this practice. One question to Whiting... when were you going to share that you had $20 owed to me?
