I filled out a few standard questionnaires and the Doctor took me into the room. It took a while because he was extremely thorough with the examination. He suggested a correction for my glasses, then had me put my old glasses on and put 2 lenses on top and told me that was the correction I needed. He was right on, things got perfectly clear with the lens correction. I was so excited to order new glasses. I was then moved back out front where the frames were and picked out what I wanted, paid the Bill and left. I received a call from them about 3 weeks later with an apology for taking so long, there was a problem getting the new frames to the lab. I went in the store to pick them up, the lady spent a lot of time adjusting the frames and they fit perfectly. I can now see really good through them. I will add that they were very Covid conscious and cleaned anything that I came in contact with. I highly recommend them for your eyeglass needs.

After several experiences over the course of the week were staff violated my HIPPA rights - notably when one receptionist grabbed the phone from another, stated my name and said she was ending the call (direct HIPPA violation) and hung up on me, I'm now tasked with tedious ethical obligations. It's important to note I deal with two large Doctors offices weekly - for many years, including getting prior authorizations - for a serious internal injury. The staff openly talk about patients. Dr. Roth engaged in office gossip, then based off that decided to call and attempt to degrade and threaten me. They're all rather stupid not to realize everyone has the ability to record things, and as a communication professional, I was so disturbed after my first contact I knew to protect myself. The slander he slung hurt him grossly as it is all contradicted by the conversation I had earlier in the day with Casey (who is highly manipulative and exhibits deep psychosis/lack of empathy comparable to seri@l k!llrs). He didn't even take the time to collect information before the call, not aware his threat meant nothing and me answering was giving him the shovel. He talks real loud.

This was my first time using Visionworks and I cannot say enough great things about my experience…read more I worked with Saundra, Jennifer, Dr. Price and Marta and I have to say, their customer service is exceptional. All members of this fantastic team were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Every smile was genuine and I never felt hurried, yet the process was seamless. You all managed to impress my husband who will be seeing your team soon. I will certainly point folks in your direction! Lori

We've been using Empire Visonworks for years. But I think we've just given them our last business…read more Our kids wanted contacts and we went and got them fitted. Only to find out they didn't have their prescription and furthermore, it wasn't just the usual go in and try to put them in and out a few times before your head out with samples. They had to be scheduled for a "class" that was an extra charge and had to be one on one and couldn't be setup until after their contacts arrive. When we asked if there was a work around, as my wife and I have been wearing contacts since middle school, we were told it is NYS law. There is no such law. So now it's been 4 weeks and after calling and calling, someone finally called to setup a class. We weren't given an option of times, just told these WERE our times. And even though it's our two kids getting contacts together, they still require two separate appointments. And then they will have to go back a week later, if they "pass", to verify before we can order contacts. What a hassle. Our neighbors went to another group, and it was just like it was in the good old days of sanity. Goto first appointment. And at that first appointment you will: Determine your prescription, Try on that prescription of contacts, take samples home, and setup a follow up for one week to make sure everything is good to go before finalized prescription and ordering contacts. Two appointments and one week. Compare that to empire visionworks, 3 appointments, and you don't get to pick a convenient time for the "class" appointment, and who knows how long it will take. Ours will be about 6 weeks before we can even order the contacts our kids need. If you are trying contacts for the first time, go elsewhere.
