I literally called several places after I called Electro Optical and spoke to Gerardo. But I had to return because of how professional he was and easy-going was the conversation to rent the equipment and explanations from this place.   Man, I was not expecting to find this marker with this equipment in 10 minutes.  I must say that just the customer service and peace of mind that I got when I left with the equipment from that store meant everything , especially feeling out of my element and I was so relieved I didn't have to fork out thousands of dollars for some hired help or hired surveyor to come out and say, yep there it is. They came to me with some rips in fabric, chewed up legs, and pervious terrible attempts at repairs on the legs and wobble arms. This was a project I wanted done years ago but I had to save up for. And it was worth it. The sentimental value exceeds the monetary cost (Michael deserves every Penny) and the 6-8 weeks of waiting. He rebuilt/repaired legs and arms, and reupholstered (beautifully) both chairs. So many fabrics to choose from. I tried to pick one that would compliment the chairs. A couple years ago we were looking to remodel our kitchen and asked several friends, who had recently done the same, for a recommendation. Sadly, each of them said "you don't wanna use my guy." Our kitchen/dining remodel was a really big job--walls removed, ceiling and flooring replaced, top to bottom--and he did beautiful work.
