As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. I had one cocktail dress with a few stains I needed dry cleaned for that Saturday (July 9th) and the rest of my items could be finished whenever since I would be away all that week. I told the girl all this, and she put in for delivery of the cocktail dress on Saturday and pick up of the other items whenever. Saturday came, and I did not receive my cocktail dress. Since I was working and the shop was closed by the time I got home, I went ahead a packed for my vacation without the dress. I returned from my vacation and put on my cell phone. My voicemail was immediately bombarded with five messages from Bill at Go Green Dry Cleaners demanding the $27 balance. Each message was ruder than the next. I returned home, and went to get my mail from my landlord. She handed over all the dry cleaning I asked NOT to be delivered, including the cocktail dress I paid separately for that was suppose to delivered that Saturday before my trip. I looked at the cocktail dress and NONE of the stains were removed, actually, it looked dirtier than before. Now I was angry, not only did I not receive my dress for my vacation and it wasn't cleaned properly, but my landlord was involved and I had a chain of harassing voicemails from a business that provided a poor service. I went to Go Green the next day and returned the dress. The owners weren't there, so the girl put the dress in to be cleaned again. I returned the following day, and spoke with Kevin (the other owner). I explained the situation and my general dissatisfaction with the poor service and harassing voicemails from his partner. He simply gave poor excuses ("I was away, too," "Bill is forgetful","Bill can sometimes be rude,"), and insisted that the cocktail dress I returned the previous day was cleaned multiple times and the stains could not be removed (by the way, there was no evidence of this, my dress looked exactly how I left it with a post-it attached that I was "angry"). He insisted I pay the remaining balance despite the harassment and poor service and accompanied the transaction with even more excuses about his partner being forgetful and pushing the blame for bad business off of himself.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE - NEVER BRING ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT TO HALLAK CLEANERS!!!!…read more I brought my satin Armani evening dress to Hallak. The dress was over $5,000 and this was the first time it was dry cleaned. They didn't protect the zipper pull and the paint was completely ruined on the zipper pull as rubbed off. Then, I called to speak with Leah who informed me that my dress wasn't ruined even though the zipper looked terrible and the zipper could just be re-painted to match the green dress. I called Armani in NY and in Milan to try to replace the piece, as well as Bergdorf Goodman but it was unfortunately not possible. When I called Leah to tell her to ask her how they were going to handle it, she said Mr. Hallak wanted to see the dress so I dropped it off. Armani said "DO NOT PAINT THE ZIPPER" as you may further ruin the dress and the paint could rub off on the dress. I told this to Leah and was very explicit that I was bringing the dress back only for Mr. Hallak to look at it but I DID NOT authorize them to try to fix it. When I didn't hear back after 5 days from Mr. Hallak, I called again and was told by Leah that Mr. Hallak "didn't want to call me but was taking care of it." I reiterated that they were not authorized to paint the zipper and that Mr. Hallak should call me before touching my dress. I didn't hear back for another few days only to receive an email from Leah that the zipper had been painted and was being returned to me. The zipper was painted but they got paint on my dress and then damaged the fabric in a second spot - probably trying to rub the paint off of it. I am so upset and disgusted with this situation. DO NOT EVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING AS THEY HAVE NO CARE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. GO TO JEEVES OR YOUR LOCAL CLEANER AS YOU WILL GET A BETTER OUTCOME. We have been to Estelles, Davids bridal and even the dress section for juniors at Macy's and Bloomingdales. Sizing was difficult if your dress size is bigger than a size 8, colors are limited as most places will only have few color choices and fabrics. So my daughter would end up trying the dress she that was most close to her ideal dress. Pricing was another issue, by far Estelles was the most expensive to find a custom fitted dress. With all of that we were lucky to find this dress shop that has dresses, tuxedos and limousine rentals. We could have have saved a few more dollars if we had ordered directly from the dress makers but to avoid headaches we had my daughter measured with a dress that was form fitting to what she was looking for. We saw color samples of the different choice materials and of course she wanted lots of bling for the occasion. The dress was ordered in Late July and we just received the call a week ago that it finally has arrived. Today we went for a fitting and to make sure that the fabric and bling are exactly what we had envision. I am happy to report that we are all very happy so far with what we have experienced. Be aware if you decided to pay cash, you can save on the tax. The price of the dress does not include the pressing or the petty coat ring skirt. We are actually 2 weeks away from the final delivery date as there are some alterations that the dress requires. Stay tuned for the reveal... I was looking for a custom made tuxedo as well for my self. However, they only rent tuxedos; so i will stick to buying one at century 21.
