I wish I can give them 10 stars! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Onik, who quickly explained to me what they do here at Mr. Debonair! We started looking at thousands of fabrics, buttons, shirt patterns etc! Onik was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions with a thorough response. He started to take my measurements when his partner (Demetri) came over and introduced himself. He was just as knowledgeable and professional as Onik. (I see why they are partners) Overall, anyone looking for a suit, LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys are the best!

We went in, said hello, mentioned we were looking for Indian wedding clothes. When my husband found something he wanted to try, Ruchi responded and said "you cannot try that on. You said you are just looking, not buying right?" My husband responded by saying "How could I know if I'm buying something if I don't try it on?" She reiterated that since he had stated he was "just looking" that he would not be allowed to try any clothes on. At that point we realized we would not want to shop/buy anything there so we left the store. Thankfully, across the street at Vintage India a very nice young lady assisted us and we had great success in trying on/buying several outfits as was our goal. Ruchi could not have been more rude in response to our friendly hello. It was very upsetting and unexpected. Unclear if she was racist? We are Asian American...perhaps she dislikes Chinese people? Just bizarre and have never been treated so poorly before. We will never step back into this store again!

I had the honor of modeling for the indian fashion house and owner Prashant Goyal in October 2022 at Open Jar Studios in NYC! Let me tell you that he is such a great soul and cares for his design and his models. I highly recommend heading to the NYC store to buy your outfit and rock out Heritage India Fashion! I simply can't wait to model for the indian fashion house again! Hats off to you sir for a great collection in men's collection.

From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out, everyone was so attentive and willing and able to answer every question I had. I wish I remembered the names of some of the associates that helped me because they were fantastic. When I came back the following day to return the tux, the store employees remembered me and made the return process extremely quickly. A few of them even inquired about the wedding that I had attended. The staff made me feel like my business was very important! I will be back from all future events in NYC. :)

I walked in and the customer service representative said that I was good. I asked her for a return receipt and she told me that they would email it to me. I was expecting an email in a couple of hours or so. I leave early in the morning so I stopped back by the store, since I didn't have an email from them. Once again, I was told that "you're good." I very politely told them that I'm leaving the store with the tuxedo or a return receipt, take your pick. Finally, the manager got involved and generated a return receipt for me. Why must it be so difficult???

The people couldn't be nicer or more helpful, but Efrem in particular did an amazing job in getting me into the right suit, after we noodled out that renting a suit twice would cost more than just buying one. He put me into a pair of shoes so the tailor couple properly mark the length and do needed alterations, and a shirt to mark the jacket sleeve length. Super accommodating and friendly, totally professional and dedicated. Double super recommended!

He measured me in the middle of the store, and chatted with coworkers while doing it, asking his supervisor how to measure certain things. Then he gave me items to try on. Nothing matched, the pants were 6 sizes too big (40 vs 34). I told him I normally wear 33 waist after he handed me 40 waist pants and he seemed genuinely confused they didn't fit. Then got me size 36. My measurements he initially said are over email, luckily I checked as they weren't sent. Honestly. Nice kid. But he shouldn't offer those measurements given how much it would screw up my actual suit. Needs training.
