From the minute I walk in they always make me feel welcome even though I'm probably one of their most pickiest customers. They quickly offer you a beverage and a nice cup of espresso. I usually deal with David or Abigail when I go as they remember my style and know exactly what to show me. Throughout the entire process they are very attentive to your needs and provide honest feedback. It's a very effortless and pleasant process to put an outfit together there as they pull out everything for you. You don't really need to lift a finger. If for any reason the clothes you're trying on don't fit the best then no problem they offer free Taylor services which are done on premise. I've shopped there for outfits for many different occasions from causal to semi formal and for even my wedding. Many of my friends have gone their for their own groom suits and for their groomsmen suits. If you go there make sure you ask for David or Abigail for the best experience.

Store manager and an employee were exceptionally rude and wouldn't let me return the pants, saying I was passed the return window. The receipt actually shows I was within the return window. They told me I have to call Customer Support on the phone. The Customer Support person also wouldn't let me return these pants. That's really strange because it says on the receipt until when I was allowed to return the pants, but they still wouldn't allow me to return them. So be warned that - A. They might not honor their own return policy, and B. The store manager and some of the employees are quite rude.

I look at it like this: when you can walk into a clothing store and half the clothes are not on the floor in the middle of the afternoon then you know it's a clean store with hard-working employees. There are a few fitting rooms in the back of the store. The lady manning the fitting room don't play, she only allows customers 3 items in the fitting room. Overall this is a nice cool spot to shop.

They didn't have the loungewear I was looking for, but they ended up having everything else. It's so easy to spend your hard, earned paycheck here because everything is reasonably price. Only the handicap dressing room has a bench though so if you're carrying bags or wearing a heavy coat wait for the larger fitting room or deal with putting your stuff on the floor in the corner. Clothes are well kept here and the staff here ensures that things are organized in a manner that makes sense instead of having things thrown around without many method to their madness.
