After being a loyal customer for so many years, today was my last day in this dental office. Im highly disappointed but I'm only doing this review hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else. I got a root canal and since this was my primary dentist they were the ones who I trusted to complete the process and add the crown, boy was I wrong. My appointment on June 1st was when they did the impression for the crown. On June 24th which would have and should have been the last appointment to complete the process was far from being the end of effective and efficient job. On that day the crown that came from the lab was not the correct color plus it was open med. The anatomy of it was the only good thing about it. So I was rescheduled for July 14. They called me a day before to let me know the crown had not arrived so they needed to reschedule me once more. The new rescheduled day was Monday July 20th. On Friday July 17th they called me once more to let me know that my crown had still not arrived and they needed to reschedule me once more but since they didn't know when the crown would arrive they rather call me to reschedule once it has arrived. Since I had braces in the past through out this waiting process I had not been wearing my bottom retainer since the ones I had no longer fit. I was extremely worried so I called on July 22nd to see if the crown had already arrived. Anna spoke to me and said that it had no arrived and game me a story that it was a new lab they were using from another state and blah blah blah that's how it sounded. Such a Bs answer but what was I supposed to do by now. I expressed my dissatisfaction to her and how this had caused such an inconvenience and how this is now affecting my teeth because I had not been wearing my retainer for this long. Anna apologized and stated that they could order the crown now from their local lab (suspicious) and that they can ask them to rush it and that they will do anything to accommodate my needs so I told her okay I'll reschedule but since I've already been taking so much pto from work plus the anxiety of not being able to wear my retainer I told her I can reschedule for July 30th but I also deserve a discount for all this inconvenience I've dealt with. Anna said that for that she needed to speak to Thai and they will reach out to me. Thai never called so I called and to my surprise she said they couldn't and the best they can do is ask the lab to provide me with retainer but they could only do the plastic ones. Which I obviously I declined because I have the metal ones and why would I trust them when I have my ortho who I trust and did an amazing job. Anyways I still went to my appointment on July 30th and to my surprise once again the crown looked like those square piece of gum. So fake it looked almost identical to the temp I had. I let them know that it was really bad and they agreed and stated that it was the lab but that they ask them to resend one with more of the anatomy of my tooth but of course that meant me requesting another day from work but although I was fed up I told them that I could do another visit but I needed them to understand and if needed to empathize to their lab that I want the crown done right, for them to take their time but I need a phenomenal job done. So another appointment was rescheduled for today August 14th. A week prior to today's appointment I called to make sure that they had received the new crown and to also make sure that they opened it and made sure that the anatomy of it was done well and what I had requested and emphasized in previous appointment. The person I spoke with that day said that yes it looked great. That was far from the truth. On today's appointment the crown did not have the best anatomy or similar anatomy from the first one. It was mediocre but I'm annoyed to say the least by now and did not want to continue with this roller coaster of disappointment with them. So it is what it is now there's nothing else I can do, I expressed my dissatisfaction once again to Anna and how after so many years of being a loyal customer here, they couldn't take accountability and acknowledge the inconvenience this whole process was and give me a discount? They rather loose a long time patient than make sure that the crown is perfect and compensate me for all this trouble? So I told her that this was my last visit here not like they cared but for future patients please read the reviews, if you're getting a crown here expect a mediocre job. The crown will look like a square fake piece of gum. read more

I thought I found my dentist but unfortunately I did not. The dentist is great, sweet, and acts like she cares, but she's only like that in the beginning. I went through a terrible process and received dentures. She promised we would take this journey together, but she gave up on me. I did complain a lot about my dentures and even the person who made them didn't want to help anymore. I never received immediates, and everything went wrong. They said I was a complicated case and suggested that I go somewhere else. I know I had an attitude a few times, but I'm young with dentures, and I was uncomfortable. The absolute best endodontist. Dr. Arash spent time prior to my appointment listening to my concerns, he was extremely understanding and made me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. He explained everything about my tooth and what he would be doing . He performed a retreat on a infected tooth that was untreated for years, then another RCT that unfortunately got infected. Absolutely painless, before I knew it he was completely done. He cares for his patients, but above all he does an outstanding job. My faith in the dental industry has been restored! I can't believe all the previous dentists I've been to had said that I needed crowns, I needed this and I needed that. Dr. Noushin Adhami was amazing. She gave it to me straight, what I REALLY needed (two replacement fillings and a deep cleaning) as opposed to what another dentist told me (four new crowns, deep cleaning, and invisalign!) The offices themselves were ok. But I've noticed the nicer the offices - the more you'll pay. Hey, someone has to pay for those flatscreen tvs! The staff was great! Other dental offices would send me home after xrays, saying "oh, you'll need to schedule another appointment if you want your cleaning." This office said "well, you're here now, why not just get it done now?" WHAT?!?! Seriously...now that is service!!! I hated the dentist. Seriously HATED going. Now, it's not so bad. I'm not going to be skipping to get those fillings replaced, but I'm not terrified anymore. Dr. Adhami was a sweetie. She explained what she was doing, when she was going to "poke" or "tap" and where so there wasn't any surprise. She was thorough and answered all my questions with patience and honestly. BTW all those 5 star reviews are probably fake!!!!! My husband had a cracked molar and was in pain. They wasted 2 hours to tell him that it would cost $7,000 to fix his teeth. He ended up walking away after 2 hours when they told him they weren't going to help him with the cracked tooth that day! They are going to charge our insurance $1500 for pictures. I went to Vistasol Dental with an Amazon Local coupon for a "Dental Exam, Teeth Cleaning and X-Rays." I bought the coupon because I do not have dental insurance and needed a routine cleaning (the kind you get every 6 months). However, it became apparent, when they refused the cleaning, that I had been lured into the office to give them my information and become a future customer. I was told that I would only get a tooth polishing. I insisted that we go over the fine print on the coupon, which clearly states "teeth cleaning." Because of my insistence, the dentist poked around at my gum line for a minute, before having the hygienist polish my teeth. Brushing and flossing would have done the job better. They gave no comments about the X-Rays or exam other than "looks fine." Luckily I was able to get a refund from Amazon Local. Beware, friends-- you get what you pay for. read more
