I thought I found my dentist but unfortunately I did not. The dentist is great, sweet, and acts like she cares, but she's only like that in the beginning. I went through a terrible process and received dentures. She promised we would take this journey together, but she gave up on me. I did complain a lot about my dentures and even the person who made them didn't want to help anymore. I never received immediates, and everything went wrong. They said I was a complicated case and suggested that I go somewhere else. I know I had an attitude a few times, but I'm young with dentures, and I was uncomfortable. The absolute best endodontist. Dr. Arash spent time prior to my appointment listening to my concerns, he was extremely understanding and made me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. He explained everything about my tooth and what he would be doing . He performed a retreat on a infected tooth that was untreated for years, then another RCT that unfortunately got infected. Absolutely painless, before I knew it he was completely done. He cares for his patients, but above all he does an outstanding job. Everything about this experience was superb! From scheduling to my daughters actual visit with the dentist. Stephanie from the front office got me in as soon as possible for a pretty urgent appointment. Also helped me sort out an insurance issue. Gave me step by step instructions. My faith in the dental industry has been restored! I can't believe all the previous dentists I've been to had said that I needed crowns, I needed this and I needed that. Dr. Noushin Adhami was amazing. She gave it to me straight, what I REALLY needed (two replacement fillings and a deep cleaning) as opposed to what another dentist told me (four new crowns, deep cleaning, and invisalign!) The offices themselves were ok. But I've noticed the nicer the offices - the more you'll pay. Hey, someone has to pay for those flatscreen tvs! The staff was great! Other dental offices would send me home after xrays, saying "oh, you'll need to schedule another appointment if you want your cleaning." This office said "well, you're here now, why not just get it done now?" WHAT?!?! Seriously...now that is service!!! I hated the dentist. Seriously HATED going. Now, it's not so bad. I'm not going to be skipping to get those fillings replaced, but I'm not terrified anymore. Dr. Adhami was a sweetie. She explained what she was doing, when she was going to "poke" or "tap" and where so there wasn't any surprise. She was thorough and answered all my questions with patience and honestly. BTW all those 5 star reviews are probably fake!!!!! My husband had a cracked molar and was in pain. They wasted 2 hours to tell him that it would cost $7,000 to fix his teeth. He ended up walking away after 2 hours when they told him they weren't going to help him with the cracked tooth that day! They are going to charge our insurance $1500 for pictures. The unique thing about their procedure compared other dentists I have been to is that they show you they care about your teeth. I say this because they assessed every adjustment they made on my tooth and asked me my opinion. Also to add, I was in need of a contour and they took care of me! I went to Vistasol Dental with an Amazon Local coupon for a "Dental Exam, Teeth Cleaning and X-Rays." I bought the coupon because I do not have dental insurance and needed a routine cleaning (the kind you get every 6 months). However, it became apparent, when they refused the cleaning, that I had been lured into the office to give them my information and become a future customer. I was told that I would only get a tooth polishing. I insisted that we go over the fine print on the coupon, which clearly states "teeth cleaning." Because of my insistence, the dentist poked around at my gum line for a minute, before having the hygienist polish my teeth. Brushing and flossing would have done the job better. They gave no comments about the X-Rays or exam other than "looks fine." Luckily I was able to get a refund from Amazon Local. Beware, friends-- you get what you pay for. read more
