Beware of this place!!! My mom came here for an emergency & they did not tell her that they were enrolling her in a "dental plan" for $119 a year. She received a card in the mail which confused her. & when she asked them about it, they said "Oops sorry for not telling you but we can't cancel it because its been more than 30 days." What a scam. They need to refund her that amount for making an error of not telling her. She had 30 days to cancel IF SHE KNEW what she signed up for but she didn't. They still can't explain the billing, the "adjusted" amount of $885, or why after my insurance paid, I was over charged that they STILL tried billing my husbands insurance. I used to like this dental office until I think when new sets of people came and new dentist handled me back in November 2025 and I never came back since then. I was just too busy to write but here it is. I just came for my scheduled every 3 months cleaning when to my surprise this male dentist came to assess me and started telling me about the dental work that needs to be done which I am aware of. Then I asked for a quotations and then I told him that I preferred to do it in the next couple of months since I just had some of my dental works done and just spent thousands of money on my teeth (despite having an insurance coverage) Then he asks when? as if he was trying to push me to make an appointment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]That conversation was very uncomfortable and pressured me to make a decision right away as if we are only talking about a $100 fee for their service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told him I dont know yet , I will just gonna call. His face and attitude towards me switched and there was me trying to explain that I just had some dental work done by the other dentist and I needed more time. Then I went to the front desk, this lady also tried to book me for appointment to have that stupid dental work, then I answered, I just told you a while ago that I will just gonna call. DO NOT COME HERE. Save yourself from being manipulated and pressured into applying for care credit or doing treatment without requesting a pre authorization. Regardless if you've HMO/PPO. I had visited only a few times. After uncovering their attempts to add unnecessary work and misrepresent costs, I decided to discontinue care and seek second opinion. Best decision ever. Considering they were attempting to add unnecessary work. Recent reviews indicate that many others have experienced similar issues, including being pressured into specific treatments and applying for CareCredit. The estimated cost of my dental work was going to be approximately $15,000, and the dentist/office manager was pressuring me to apply for Care Credit They said I had gum disease, cavities, my bone was starting to deteriorate, need scaling, and that I was on track to lose my teeth. I already spent enough on a previous cracked molar that needed extraction. After the molar was extracted, bone graft and a temporary implant was placed. I went back for imaging. The image showed there isn't enough vertical bone height in my upper jaw to safely place the final titanium implant screw. In the upper back jaw, the maxillary sinus sits just above the molar roots. The bone between my jaw and sinus is too thin, the implant won't have enough support and need a sinus lift. I was told I would need to see a specialist. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dentist/specialist was pressuring me to start treatment immediately, which made me uncomfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I declined explaining that I prefer not to make decisions under pressure. The dentist's attitude toward me changed noticeably. Notably, which raises concerns about the practice's ethics. You can absolutely disregard the positive reviews this "business" has. Don't be fooled. Staff ask patients after visits to make a review and to scan QR code. One last thing. I reached out to Delta Dental to confirm treatment and costs. According to them, one of my treatments should be fully covered. However, the office seems to be opting for the most expensive treatment, potentially to maximize out-of-pocket expenses, despite being aware of the basic dental care option. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Please don't let them Manipulate you and feel the pressure to start treatment right away. Always verify with your insurance prior to doing any treatment with this dentist office.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And ALWAYS keep your bill/receipts. They will come back and say you owe them money. Please don't expect me to contact your office to discuss my experience and make things right. I wrote my review to express my disappointment with the service I received at your dentist office. Predatory billing and upselling. They use pressure sales tactic and upsell. They will mention how you are about to lose your dental benefits to persuade you to rush into over priced procedures. They also charge way more than market rate, and will give you a 100 dollar "discount" to try and close the deal. But in Reality they are upselling you in the first place. Long story short dr. Zeke never did an actual physical exam, based on x rays and pictures, I was told I only needed a cleaning and two crowns. They charged my dental insurance over 2K and me an extra 1,800 out of pocket. I'm still having pain in the area, went back 10 days later and they said I must have cracked my tooth since my last visit. Which is completely ridiculous. They said they recommend I spend another 1,000 to address the pain.
