I was very satisfied with my first experience at this dental office. I try to avoid the dentist for two reasons 1. I don't like the dentist 2. The receptionist is always never friendly. Thankfully I was greeted and helped by Natalie the receptionist who was so friendly and willing to help me with my insurance issue. If it wasn't for her, I honestly would have just walked away and not seen a dentist. Thank you Natalie for being so welcoming and helpful. The X-Ray tech (male with longer hair and glasses) was also very friendly and very careful when it came to my teeth. Lastly, Leslie the manager I assume was also very kind and thorough with explaining my procedure and helping me with my insurance issue as well. So to final my journey. I had my teeth removed completely top and bottoms and had dentures made. from my last entries you have followed me to my destination. 3 months without teeth by my choice. I had one adjustment to my dentures and Dr Zadeh was on point helped solve in in a jiffy. I haven't had any real issues. Honestly my dentures fit very well in my mouth like they belong. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE & STAFF I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!! For starters I was trying to book an appointment and I see on google they close at 6pm today (7/28/2025) as I call the phone number provided by their google information It keeps going to voicemail. I finally decided to text the number provided. After a back and forth with the person I am texting thing got escalated and I had a manager call and argue with me over the phone. I started the process of getting dental implants for two missing teeth, procrastination on my end is slowing down the process. My cosmetic dentist recommended a partial denture temporarily, but l unfortunately misplaced mine while traveling. After confirming with Medi-Cal that both partial and full dentures are covered, I was referred to this office specifically because they offer molding and digital scanning, my preference for dentures. I called gave my Medi-Cal coverage, made an appointment for the following morning. I recently undergone a Glossectomy surgery, last night I accidentally tore out my stitches. My surgical Doctor said to come in first thing in the morning. I kept my 7:30AM dental appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. The dental assistant was incredibly gentle given my condition and very kind. The dentist was okay, answering all my questions and performing a good exam. ****The Issue: "Leslie", Office Management**** Leslie told me Medi-Cal does not cover partial dentures, only full ones. Needing the partial, I was prepared pay the outrageous $650 out-of-pocket, but time got in the way of me making a decision on scanning or molding because of turn around time. Another appointment was made for next week so I can move forward with getting the partial denture. All was well. The conflicting information bothered me. I later called Medi-Cal to verify; they confirmed coverage and offered to call the office to explain the authorization process.The Medi-Cal representative later informed me that during their call, Leslie claimed I only needed a one-tooth partial and that my other tooth could be"saved." This was a blatant lie, she was fully aware that I was missing two teeth. It became clear that Leslie was intentionally misrepresenting my clinical needs to avoid filing a Medi-Cal claim, likely because she viewed the approval/ reimbursement process as a burden. When I confronted Leslie, her tone became condescending. She pointedly remarked that MediCal is "government assistance" and "not regular insurance," implying that I should not expect the same service. I asked her why would she say that, her replay was, well it is "government assistance". We had a back and forth because of her rude statement. I asked why she simply just did explain the process of Medi-Cal. and how the partial will likely get denied. I let her know that I should have been given the option to at least attempt a claim before paying out-of-pocket. She repeatedly insisted the claim would be denied but she said she would submit it only after push back. It is deeply unfortunate that this dental office is represented by an Office Manager who treats "government assistance" patients with such disdain. While the medical staff was kind. Leslie's dishonesty and biased attitude make it difficult to possibly return. I am currently awaiting the results of the authorization request if it was done. Will update read more

Trying to sell bone graph for wisdom teeth removal is nuts. I was so excited to be able to go to this dentist and just left with disappointment. I've been going to different dentists to see which one would be best to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was feeling positive until I'm assuming the manager said that I would need bone graph and they wouldn't proceed without me saying yes to it!! 700$ each to be exact. What a waste of time Edit: I would like to apologize that I assumed wrong that it was not the manager who recommended bone graph but Letty, the treatment coordinator. This is important because the manager, Leslie, is accusing me of lying in the review I wrote. Leslie reached out to me after the review I wrote trying to make things right (or so I thought). Instead what she really wanted me to do is take down the review I wrote. Disappointing, again. Anyways, make sure you are getting recommendations (and that it is essential) directly from the doctor! I was attended to quickly and started the new client form as soon as I walked in Once I was in a room the dental assistants worked quickly and efficiently while being friendly and keeping me informed. When the doctor came in to let me know what I needed done she was straight to the point and was able to answer all the questions I had Finally when it was time to figure out how I was going to pay for all the work I needed done (it's a lot of work btw ) they talked me through all my options and gave me the best possible prices they could.
