I was very disappointed with my experience. I originally wanted to book the Classic senior session, but because I needed a Saturday appointment, I booked the One Outfit session instead. Before booking, I contacted customer service multiple times to clarify the differences between the packages and was told the One Outfit session included one outfit change. When we arrived, we were informed that it allowed only one personal outfit (plus cap and gown), which was not what I had been told. I reached out to customer service afterward and requested a refund of the $20 difference between the Classic and One Outfit session fees since I relied on the information provided by their representatives. Instead of offering any type of goodwill resolution or credit, the company stated they could not verify the conversations and denied my request. I was also disappointed that they did not have the correct orange cap or a graduation stole for my son's school. The $55 session fee does not include any prints or digital images, so purchasing photos requires an additional portrait package. After this experience, I chose not to purchase any photos and will be using a local photographer for my other children in the future. read more

Absolutely terrible company and they know it. they do not care about customers and we have to take it because our schools use them. I have paid for portraits that they never sent. Another one of my kids had an appt and nobody was there. You cannot call th because you only get an answer machine and have to wait around for them to call you back. then it is a big song and dance where they are right and you are wrong. I have been dealing with this company and my three kids for 9 years and never had a good experience with them. absolutely awful company. read more

Overly expensive and terrible quality. They do not have experienced photographers and charge exorbitant prices. They do not know how to get people to pose natural. Somehow they have a choke hold on some schools and the school photography students could take better pictures for free or to make money for their yearbook club. Their "professional photographers" are super young and not good enough to so it on their own so they get a job here. It is 100% Sears photo studio quality. Do not use them! read more

I paid $500 for photos and when received in the mail they still had a huge logo in the bottom corner of every one of them. I don't need you branding my graduation pictures. Also they asked for permission to use my photos for their advertising, and didn't even give me those photos they used for free. read more

absolutely awful. made me pose awkwardly, didn't let me know about my part being zigzagged or about my bra strap showing, so stupidly expensive for awful photos! even when the sent the edited ones they looked disgusting! the pictures were so grainy and obviously edited. self-confidence at an all time low because of this place! read more

June 24 was my seniors photo shoot and after done the photographer explained that they be ready that Friday for viewing and they edited them and touch up the photos. Friday came and went and for I had to call each week to see what was going on with my seniors pictures. Each time I called I got a different person who gave me a different excuse each time. "Have a new program and you will be able to see the photos tomorrow." "Our system is acting funny and not able to upload." "Our photographer is loading them today." I got so tired and no one seemed to care. I would get emails about offers that I was not able to take advantage of since I was not able to view or order pictures. Finally almost a month later after speaking to yet another person they sent me the link to view the pictures. These pictures were not at what the photographer told me they be. I asked for the manager to please call me gave my contact information and was told yes will call you today. Never once heard from them or an email. You failed to realize that these are our children that we are giving you the honor to take precious memories of. I even contacted your office to try and see how you could help but as your customer/client that meant nothing to you. read more

Was forced to use as high school used this photographer for yearbook--AWFUL. 1. Arrived early and watched rep walk out into hallway several times taking those that arrived later. Finally walked in to find out what the heck only to learn they were taking those with later scheduled times--RIDICULOUS!! 2. Paid for several poses and headshot. Was not allowed to see pics until they arrived via email only to learn how inexperienced the photographer was. All the same pose, no headshots. HORRIBLE PICS What a colossal waste of time and money! How do they get the contract for so many high schools??? Have other children at this high school and will be vocal in hopes they never get a job in our district again! Will inquire whether possible to submit other photos from a PROFESSIONAL rather than this below-par "photo-booth" company. In fact, the pics from the carnival photo-booth were better. read more

They tell you to show up 10 minutes early and then let you sit there because all the photographers go to lunch at the same time. After they come back and then let you keep waiting while they are having a personal conversation right at the front desk. read more

Our photographer, Carl, cancelled on us twice before finally arriving on a day that was really bad for us. He was impatient with my son, and as a result, our photos are very lackluster. We booked a smaller package, so clearly Carl didn't feel like we were as important as other customers and it really shows in our photos. We'll be using a more reliable service next year. read more

HORRIBLE PHOTOS!!!! The poses were ridiculous and cheesy. I didn't order for the longest time. Then I figured I needed a cap and gown senior portrait of my son so I placed an order 10 months later. The prints were cheap and cheesy as well. The price wasn't cheap. Just the prints. They were computer printed. Not even real photos. They were far from professional, computer generated and printed. Worst photos ever. I could have done better with my phone and my home computer. Complete waste of time and money. I wish I could give ZERO STARS-but Yelp won't let me. read more

I took my senior photo here and when I received it in the yearbook I was photoshopped to a point where people said it doesn't even look like me. I find it disgusting that someone we don't know decides what our imperfections are and changes them to make us look "better". My son is not very expressive at pictures, but she really got him into it incorporating my funny "Momma down" story to make him have genuine smiles for our memories. One star...too high! This company takes advantage of parents during special occasions, such as graduation. They have the nerve to charge $42 for one 5 x 7 picture and on top of that disgusting price, they charge $9 to ship it. $51 for one photo! I am appalled. Had a really positive off-site senior portrait session with VIP! The multiple poses were creative, and I saw many times the photographer noticed little imperfections in a hair or tie out of place that they corrected before shooting. Questions to the corporate offices were answered quickly and cheerfully. While this was the school's contracted photographer for senior portraits, they were just what I hoped for in shot variety to send out to family and friends. read more

My son took his senior photos at the studio yesterday. Never have I seen such unprofessionalism. Even 1 star is to high for them. When I made the appointment I spaecificallt asked for cap and gown, year book and personal pic. When he got there the photographer had no idea what pictures he was taking. They only took 1 picture in one outfit. When we called the studio to discuss we were confronted with a rude person who felt they are not responsible. If your school uses this studio ask that they not. They are horrible and do not deserve any business. read more

We had a great senior portrait photo session. Our photographer Kamil did a fantastic job, took his time, really tried to ensure that he captured the best images in a great variety of poses and backdrops. He also had unlimited patience for me, the mom, fixing hair, clothes, etc. He was efficient, professional and courteous. The pictures are awesome...the only problem is that there are too many good ones! The only downside...while we did not have to wait that long and we got a private dressing room, it seemed like after us there was a barrage of appointments coming in...and I don't think some of the others were as fortunate as we were. read more

Kamil was my son's senior picture photographer, and he was awesome!! Excellent! Often, my son takes awkward photos and he worried about his senior picture shoot . Kamil was a natural and he was fast. He had my son (and I) laughing and we ended up with so many awesome, naturally beautiful pictures, it was hard to select the ones we liked best! He truly did a great job capturing beautiful photos. The wait was a little long to receive our order, however it's understandable since they were photographing seniors from several other schools. When the pictures arrived today, they were beautiful. However, I received only one of two requested poses and I was short 16 wallets and a 5x7. When I called to inquire, the girl that answered the phone was very apologetic, and put me on hold. When she returned she said that a one pose package was ordered for me, not the two pose I originally requested. She offered to send me my second pose on 2 5x7's, 2 4x6's and an additional 16 wallets at no extra charge. I was satisfied with how she helped fix the situation. I would definitely consider using this studio again, and recommend to others. read more
