Had my Lasik procedure back in July 2015. So far so good, I'm seeing 20/15 which is better than…read more20/20. Still have minor dry eyes and a bit of a halo but overall it's not bad and if I use my drops I'm good. I would give it 5 stars but the wait is ridiculous. I waited 2 hrs for surgery and every follow up visit when I have to see the Dr is pretty bad, which I don't really understand since you only see him for a minute or two. I did give it 4 stars because the staff is good and the results were amazing. Another con is they reschedule almost all the time because the Dr is out of town, now I don't think it's the staff's fault since they can't dictate if he will return back on time but that does cause a bit of an inconvenience.

Office experience has been terrible. They do not answer their phone during business hours. You…read moreleave a message and they don't return the call. We finally got an appointment and when we showed up with our elderly parent who we picked up from the nursing home to go there - there was a sign on the door - systems down and door locked. We had waited for this appointment for two weeks after struggling to get them to answer the phone for two weeks prior to that. 5 business days later they still didn't call us to apologize and reschedule! I called and they told me well nothing we could do the system was down - I said yes but by now you should have called to reschedule. Next available appointment is 3 weeks from now - dad may be blind by then! Need a new office staff or a business manager or something! I don't care how good the doctor may or may not be - this is not how you run a business or treat people.

I was on my way to WI from Indianapolis when my husband called to tell me I left my overnight bag at home. By that point, I was almost to Chicago (over 3 hours from home) and I had to be somewhere at a certain time for a paid weekend opportunity taking photos of murals in their town. My vision is terrible. And my contacts are supposed to be changed daily. I didn't even have my glasses. I left on a Friday and wouldn't be back until Sunday and usually after more than a day or wear, the contacts start to break down. I absolutely cannot see without them or my glasses and I was traveling alone. I happened by this spot while getting gas and popped in to see if by some chance they might have samples in my prescription and they did!!! They seriously saved me so much anxiety over the weekend and now I have several pairs to get me through if I need them. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I caution you to not come here to buy any of their products. Whether it's frame or lenses. Your…read moreinsurance coverage does not matter. Their prices are so high that even if you have insurance coverage you'd still pay as if you don't have insurance. And if you don't have insurance, forget about it. I will give you a specific example. Their frame with Prada brand model PR A 13V is priced at over 600 usd, while online with exact same model and brand it's only 200 usd +. Same with their lens. The cost outside with insurance is same cost with them with insurance. If you ever decide to buy from them look it up first online like from glassesusa.com or other online sites. Hope this saves you some money

The process takes a while, but that isn't bad if they do a good job. I love that they check our insurance first and help to use the insurance money most effectively. I needs new glasses and contacts and we figured out the best deal. They also showed me where some budget frames were that my insurance covered and only cost me $20!! I even popped back in to have my glasses adjusted and they were super helpful. I recommend this location to anyone.

When my appointment ended and I went back to my car, I discovered that I couldn't leave because the doctor had parked directly behind my car, completely blocking me in. There were multiple other open parking spaces surrounding me. When I went back into the office and explained that my car was blocked, they said "Oh. That's the doctor's car. She's with a patient, and you'll have to wait." I waited at least 10 minutes, anxious because I had to get back to work. The parking area wasn't clearly marked as reserved for doctors, and there were plenty of other open parking spaces available. When I finally spoke to the doctor and explained that I needed to return to work, her response was, "I am at work." That comment came across as incredibly dismissive and arrogant. My time and job matter too. If the parking space is meant to be reserved, it should be clearly marked. Instead, I was inconvenienced and made to feel like my schedule didn't matter. The lack of professionalism and respect left a lasting impression, and because of this experience, I will not be returning to this office. I expect better treatment from a healthcare provider.
