**This is an updated review of working with Mary Marman at Vita, following my original review two years ago.** I've consistently reached out to Mary Marman at Vita Locators for all my apartment hunting in Denver. She helped me with my first search back in 2018 and I couldn't have been happier with her guidance. I then relied on her to find me a second place, where she went above and beyond, tracking down leads for me *during the Super Bowl.* Most recently, I've found myself in a complicated situation with a lot of moving parts where relocating out of state might enter the picture at some point. By the last day I was down to three places -- two that I had found, and one, which was a little out of the box, that she had recommended. Absolutely perfect. Spent two weeks looking for apartments on my own, and was able to do some pretty hefty research and get a good list going for myself. I still didn't feel comfortable enough to assure that I was making the right decision. I stumbled upon Apartment Guyz, and was so ecstatic to have that sort of compassion, help, and understanding. They helped me out in every way possible that I could have even thought of! She even offered for me to call her when I get moved down there, and suggested she will show us more of the suburbs of Denver, and show us the good, bad, and the ugly. I'm new to Denver and I was looking for my own one bedroom apartment. I had some pretty specific needs. So not knowing the area to well I called on Apartment Guyz. I was so lucky to work with WINTER!!!! She was soooo awesome. She gave me several apartment options , and every one of them fit my needs. I could have picked any one of the apartments, but my heart was set on one the moment I laid my eyes on it. With it being my first time looking for apartments alone, there were a few stressful points for me with having to find a place in time. WINTER literally took the time to sit down an talk to me about what was on my mind. I could tell every bone in her body wanted me to be happy, and find a place to call my home. I cannot say enough about Vita Locators, ESPECIALLY ASHLEY ALDERMAN. Email her asap, she is a true professional, warm, and super knowledgable of the Denver area. We actually connected last year when I was originally looking for an apartment in Denver, I wasn't able to use her services bc I had to rent an apartment with the same company I was with in Co Springs bc I had a super quick move, but she was great then. Fast forward 13 months, due to some rough situations at my current apartments, I am (was) in the market for a new apartment. After looking at 4 apts that we're NOT what I was looking for, and a few rental houses that were again, not represented well, I thought I would reach back out to Ashley. I recently decided to move from Boulder to Denver for work and social reasons. Not having a family nor being a student, it seemed like right move. I immediately found myself overwhelmed with the plethora of options Denver poses; all I knew for sure was that I wanted a balcony for my dogs, to be on or near Capitol Hill, and a breathtaking view of Denver and the front range. I was lucky enough to have Andrew, Apartment Guyz director, to help me out. Looking for a place on a budget I didn't expect much attention, maybe just a couple phone calls and email correspondence. Moving in general is stressful enough. Moving from one state to another can be filled with overwhelming anxiety. I tried to scour through the plethora of websites out there. I could only tolerate signing up, filtering the results, and scrolling through pages and pages for so long. I was at wits' end. My friend suggested I try an apartment locator. Why I didn't think of that myself, I'm not sure, but again, I wasn't exactly in the right frame of mind either. I hit up Google, and boom, Apartment Guyz first result. What I liked about the website: clean, easy to navigate. I did the obligatory registration. The listings came with a map, details about the property, amenities, lease information, floor plans, photos of the grounds and units, and other ancillary details. I kid you not, just two hours later, I get a call from Athena. First impressions: VERY friendly and she actually took the time to listen to me, my anxiety, and my wants in an apartment. She said, okay, I have a few apartments in mind. Minutes later, I had them in my account: nine to be exact -- not too few, not pages and pages, just the right amount to review and make comparisons. I currently live in Texas and want to relocate to Denver. I discovered Andrew at ApartmentGuyz about six months ago through an online search. This is exactly the kind of service Denver needs! I had been looking for an apartment on my own due to the rent increase at my current place. I was not having any luck finding something within my budget, so after being referred to Apartment Guyz through a leasing agent I gave them a try. The call center representative takes your basic contact information and what you are looking for in an apartment, then matches you up with an agent who works with you to narrow down your search. And best of all, this service is free! I was very blessed to have Bryce as my agent! He was nothing but kind, courteous, and patient from the beginning of my search to the end. He provided me with several properties at a time to explore, which I toured when it was convenient for me. I work two jobs and attend school full time, and even with my crazy schedule Bryce was very flexible and would communicate through whichever method was easiest for me. In the end, I got a call from a property I had been on a wait list for, and ended up going with a different property then what was recommended. Bryce being the caring soul that he is just contacted me to be sure everything went smoothly with my application and to wish me the best. My name Tabatha Denney and for 4 months my family lived in our honda accord with our 3 yr old son. Nine months ago, I showed up with all of my belongings in tow, to an area of Denver I'd never heard of. I was prepared to either sign a lease or have to find a hotel. For an anxiety prone over-planner, this was an enormous leap of faith. A couple months earlier, I had looked into apartment locators in Denver and found that only one company, Apartment Guyz, worked with properties in my budget. I called and spoke to Sharon. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and very entertaining. Off the top of her head, she knew of one property which she said would be perfect for me. Being that I am a very suspicious person in matters like this, I was leary. The very mixed online reviews for the property didn't help that. Sharon came up with a couple of other options and gave me many helpful suggestions for alternative scenarios. I have had to move several times since I moved here to Denver 5 years ago but I never even knew there were locators to assist me; FREE locators at that. I responded to a craigslist post for an apartment and Herlof with Apartment Guyz responded to my inquiry. At first, like most on here, I was skeptical as I had no idea who he was but he was so professional, personable and just seemed to really care about helping me find a place. Just returned home from a trip to Denver, where I was searching for an apartment in advance of an upcoming move to the city. I had the pleasure of working with Michael after finding Apartment Guyz via a couple different craigslist listings. Michael worked with me to identify my needs and was able to help me build a list of apartments to take a look at when I would eventually arrive in Denver to see places in person. In addition to guiding me toward some great communities, I found Michael extremely professional, and really knowledgable about the Denver area. These folks get paid based on commission from the apartment communities when a tenant is successfully referred, and as such, I went in a little leery of being pressured to sign a lease right away. I was very pleasantly surprised that I felt no such pressure from Michael. He gave me honest advice about the apartments I was looking at, and was extremely patient as I struggled to articulate what did and did not resonate with me on my apartment search. Ultimately I landed on a building that Apartment Guyz did not represent. When I broke the news to Michael, he could not have been more gracious and understanding. My boyfriend and I just moved to Denver from Michigan, we had no idea where to look. I had to make a very fast move to Denver and not knowing the area was having a rough time finding a quality apartment within my price range. One of the properties I had called suggested Apartment Guyz to help with my accelerated timeline. I went on their website, used their chat function and within 5 minutes was talking to someone on the phone with my details. 5 minutes after that I was talking with Andrew Wiggin - this guy is great. He's personable, knowledgeable, and punctual. He sent me about a dozen different properties and told me to look at them overnight and he would call me the next day around noon. The next day at around noon Andrew called and we went over each property's strengths and weaknesses and how I felt about them. Narrowing the number down to the 5 I liked the most. He said he would call each place to get current pricing and would call me back in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later he called back and narrowed my search further to a single apartment and he would set up an appointment at my convenience. Background on me: I was in customer service for 14 years, some as a server/bartender but I am in the corporate level now. One thing you learn to notice is to tell if a person is working for a paycheck or if they genuinely give a crap. Trust me when I say that Andrew actually cares. Andrew use to travel a lot, meaning that he knows what it feels like to move into a new location and feel lost. No matter how much research you do, you will not know everything there is to know about a new place. I thought Aurora was not that far from Denver before I moved here and I could not have been more wrong. Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night and checked your emails to see what you may have missed? Andrew does! He heard what i wanted and showed me what I asked for, then he talked with me about why I asked for those things and found me a place that I REALLY wanted. This is my first month in my new place and I can honestly say that i would never have picked this place if not for Andrew's guidance. If you want a hands on associate that listens and facilitates what you want then go with Andrew Wiggin. No one likes being "Processed" Andrew delivers service! If you are looking for a place in Denver (or Metro area), this should be your first and only stop! **Disclaimer** This was my first time ever using a service to help me find a place, so I don't have a comparison. With that said, I know a good steak when I eat it. So, whatever. Let me start off by saying their service is FREE (my favorite four-letter F word)!! Madison was amazing! The process is so much easier than doing it yourself. I've had harder times trying to get Alexa to play the song I want to hear... I told her what I was looking for and the location I preferred to be in. Within three days (two were over the weekend), she provided me a breakdown of places in and around the area I was looking and all within the price range I gave her. The list was not overbearing either. Three to four listing at a time and if I didn't like it we moved on and she provided me with a few more options based on the feedback I gave her. Her communication with me was flawless, even if mine was at times sporadic. In the end I ended up in the location I wanted (downtown) in a building I didn't consider, because I assumed it would be way out of my price range. The process took a week and a half from initial contact to lease. I would recommend Vita to anyone searching for a apartment. read more

I really can't effectively express how great working with Apartment Guyz has been. I arrived in Denver three days ago, looking to do some recon for a potential move. After trolling Craigslist for some showings, I came across a property Annabelle from AG was trying to fill. I looked up this service, and shot a text over to Annabelle. Less than an hour later she had me on the phone taking extreme care to understand what I needed for housing. Just a few minutes later, I had a list of 20+ apartments that Annabelle recommended. My fiancé originally found Vita Locators while doing research for our cross country move. Within hours we were contacted by Ashley A. who took the time to get to know both of us, along our needs / wants, budget, etc. Since neither one of us were familiar with the Denver area, she really took into account everything we told her, and presented us with several different options from which we edited to our liking. Despite the distance and 2 hour time zone difference, Ashley was more than accommodating, especially when we gave her a weeks notice I would be in town. I worked with Lauren Stevens for a few weeks and she was awesome! I was a little skeptical at first, going with an apartment realtor, but I thought I'd give it a try.. Lauren went above and beyond my expectations! She talked with me initially for half an hour just finding out exactly what I wanted..and I wanted a lot of specific things! Then she sent me a list of possibilities, which I reviewed and picked some to visit. And the complexes they work with are all known to be decent places to live. I guess they follow up with everyone to make sure they are getting what they wanted. Up until the visit, she continued to search and update me on the ever changing market! She went with me to visit all the places, asked questions and voiced my concerns for me! She never pressured me and helped us find the perfect place! I'd recommend her in a heartbeat, especially in this ever changing rental market we have in Denver! It took me awhile to figure out the website, as it's not super user friendly, so I'd also recommend you just call or text her directly and she'll help you figure out how it all works!
