Vita Revive made my birthday (10/22) a great day (& experience)! I opted for the African journey pkg (3.5 hrs.), and it was more than I could expect. I was provided with Brittany for the whole experience, and she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable of products. My favorite was the body scrub followed by Vichy shower (the Apricot scrub smelled SO good). My skin, after the full experience, felt like when I was a newborn (lol). The service started excellent from the beginning when greeted by the owner. She immediately remembered it was my birthday, and assured me that they had every intention of allowing me to feel like the Queen I am (she didn't use that verbiage, but her excited and sweet disposition alluded to - smile). I'd never had a facial before (I have sensitive skin, so I've always been hesitant of products used). But I am now fan, and my skin seemed so clear. I didn't wear make-up the whole next day and felt like I was still radiant. I could go on & on....and on but I think the readers get my drift. Y'all, I've found my new favorite spa after 10 years of shopping around! I enjoyed my experience at Vita Revive so much that I actually logged back into Yelp to give it a stellar review, after not logging in for years! I went in for a wax and had a wonderful experience. The pricing is on point, lower than what many spas charge without skimping on cleanliness, atmosphere, or quality. I have a coconut and latex allergy, both of which were easily accommodated (this can be tough in many spas because coconut oil is used it a lot of cosmetics and often, latex gloves are cheaper than nitrile alternatives). The wax used was an awesome argan oil based wax and it was truly the least painful wax I've ever had. I worked with Brittany (unsure of the spelling), who was so kind, courteous, fast, professional, and knowledgeable. She gave me a mini tour, answered all of my questions, and was able to help me feel very comfortable. The spa itself was clean, set up in a way that induces a peaceful & calming vibe, and was super easy to find. I will be getting a membership here in the near future and recommending Brittany specifically to others! read more

I'm late writing this but it needs to be said and shared THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE SPA TREATMENTS!!! Irene and her husband treat you like family. While you read and sign your forms you are offered cucumber and ginger water. The decor is very relaxing and sets the tone. You are put in a room to get undress to put on robe. They provide a bag for all your items as well. I did a package that included a massage, body scrub / Vichy shower, and body wrap. Every treatment was yelp awesome. What I really like was they asked you before just doing it. (is this alright, you feel ok) The body wrap was serious. The massage made me feel like a loose noodle. My favorite was the Vichy shower after you get over the shocked of being scrubbed and washed by an adult...you begin to feel entitled to the finer things in life and you should never have to do the task yourself. I heard about their INFRARED SAUNA and decided to give it a chance. The staff here are extremely professional. The place is nestled in an office park upstairs and away from the highway. It's very dark inside which is perfect for trying to relax and they also honored the coupon I had from Yelp which was great. The Infrared sauna was perfect and I enjoyed being able to look at television within the private room. My only gripe was the noise could be hectic sometimes from staff members. Amazing experience. I had a rain forest package, and it worth every penny. I went there with my friend. Both of us had a facial, a body wrap, infrared sauna, full-body scrub, and massage with essential oils. My skin is super smooth and radiant. Shannon did my facial was very professional. Irina is the owner, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The place is spotless; all the products they used on my were organic. I spent 3.5 hours there, and I am feeling reborn. My husband got me a gift card to Vita Revive for my birthday. I chose to spend a portion of it on a massage. I called sometime last week to schedule an appointment. The man who answered the phone was a bit quirky but ultimately was able to secure an appointment for me. I was supposed to be seen at 3:45pm, but I was not seen until 4:30pm. Normally, this would have annoyed me and come off as unprofessional, but I was offered lemon water, and a complimentary infrared sauna treatment while I waited. My massage therapist for my hour session was Lucy. She was wonderful, there was the perfect happy medium of her checking occasionally to make sure that I was enjoying the massage, and her not talking too much to allow me to really relax. She asked me what spots I was concerned about and really focused on that portion of my body. The hot stones were divine! I plan to return to vita revive to use the rest of my gift card, and I'll be sure to update this review at that time Update 6/9/17: I returned to Vita Revive in March to use the rest of my gift card. This is my first time doing hydro colonic. I watched a few YouTube videos to understand the process and educate myself, and then wanted to do an open one. There are 2 modules. So this facility does the open type. Irina picked up my call and calm me down and educated me at first also she is a co-owner and helped me through my busy schedule and with any questions always . Shanon was my therapist helped me out, walked me through, and to make me feel comfortable she educated me what to expect and what things were coming out for first 10 minutes of cloudy water and then she gave me some privacy to release and came back up to see and guide me and left for privacy so that I can release again. Forst night I didn't feel anything except a light headache, only eat non carb diet. 2nd night I could not sleep as my body releasing so much energy, I didn't know where it was coming from. I booked 2 other appointments since in my first therapy my body didn't release much I think compare to other youtubers. I got discounted rate, phew. Also for my gut health I took probiotics and a 14 day total detox (liver/heart/lungs etc) since this is the first time doing colone and the things came out were yucky, so I don't know other then colone what else I may have in my toxic body. After detox am planning to do para cleanse to get rid of bugs and start my new year in a new way. Both Irina and Shanon were great. I am truly going to be a regular at this spa! Irene and Russell are the best! I called in to have a girls spa day for my birthday and they offered so many packages for me to fit in my price range. I received a massage, body scrub, facial, and body wrap. I was pleased with all my treatments. The products that they use are top of the line along with the equipment. The environment of the place is very relaxing and modern. All the ladies there are nice and easy to get comfortable around ( most of my treatments required me to be nude). Before my spa start they gave me some cucumber and ginger water. Although I will tell you to be careful with drinking a lot of that water it can make you have to use the bathroom a lot. At the end of my treatment they gave me a smoothie which i can live without but it was a nice gesture! :) I think the smoothie was toooo healthy for me lol All in all I will be back to this spa! My original appointment was for today at 6pm. I called about 4:30 to see if they could take me earlier and he said sure. I could come in at 5:30. I entered and as begin to walk up the stairs I was starting to feel calm. I was suprised to see a spider web. But other than that the place was clean and simply gorgeous. I reached the receptionist desk and introduced myself and let them know I was there for my 5:30 appointment. The nice lady said oh you are here for a facial. I said no the 90 minute detox and rejuvenation. She showed no disappointment. Great first impression. Then she offered me some water which by the way was cucumber and lemon water. Brittany came and greeted me in the waiting area then took me to get started with my experience. I first stood on a vibrating machine for fifteen minutes. It was vibrating from head to toe. Next I received the 30 minute foot detox. Another relaxing experience. Then off to the infrared red sauna for another thirty minutes. It was 125 degrees. It was a beautiful thing. Last but not least Brittany did her thing with my peppermint scrub and left me to continue relaxing in the awesome Vichy shower. Who could ask for more after one heck of a work week. My body felt amazing. I never felt rushed at all. The aroma alone in this place was calming. The staff very pleasant. I am looking forward to returning. I even made a purchase before I left. This is one place you will leave feeling more than relaxed. They only lost the one star for the spider web because I saw one downstairs also. But, this place rocks. read more

I've been here a few times over the years, but my boyfriend bought me the spa package this year for Valentine's Day (definitely have to thank him). I went today for 4 hours of relaxation, and I must say it was great​. The sauna was great, the facial was ​amazing and the shower was heavenly. Water from this sprinkler-like​ system is over top of you and just showers you in warm water. Would definitely go back to pamper myself again if I have the time. read more

Closed Colonic: Where the a person fills you with water, pretty much squishes your past meals, drinks, thoughts and dreams into liquid form and suck(ish) out the results with a tube. Open Colonic: Is like an intense enema over a toilet.... hole... thing.. So instead of pooping in a tube, you poo a natural poo in a toilet... like an adult. (which they state they do on their site) I think Christina was disappointed because she read about a closed colonic and did not know there are other colonics (I did not know either until I got one there). So... Vita's assistant fills your boo boo with water, makes sure you are comfortable and leaves the room. (Open Colonic) They perform an open colonic because making your insides into liquid (Closed colonic) is not healthy... And who wants to pay an adult to rub your belly while you poo? I did not want them there during or even after (for another 15 minutes) my colonic. No harm no foul - but your review was like saying you are upset you did not see a veggie burger on a steakhouse menu... They just don't serve that item. In conclusion... If you want to try a colonic, I would suggest this place. I think another reviewer liked it (and her privacy) as well. If you STILL need someone to massage you while you poo, I suggest bringing a kinky friend in tow... Or do it yourself. read more

I came to Vita Revive by way of a Groupon for a Brazilian. The location is easily found and the parking is okay. The atmosphere is serene and calming. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and enjoyed the peaceful silence. I was greeted and given an intake form to fill out. Not long after that, Jess introduced herself by saying that she would be taking care of me today. Anyone who has had any kind of waxing or hair removal knows that pain comes with the territory. The single time I previously attempted a Brazilian left me declaring that they were not for me. However, Jess has changed my mind. Of course there was pain and a bit of pinprick bleeding. But Jess was soothing, efficient, kind, and did what she could to make the experience less traumatic. I deeply appreciate her efforts and will definitely make follow-up appointments as well as try the other services offered. read more

I am writing this review because I work for AAA Member Deals, which involves me meeting with different merchants to run different promotions for them. I personally visited Vita Revive and was just absolutely impressed with the decor and customer service I received as soon I stepped foot into the door. One of the things we look for when meeting up with merchants is whether or not we feel comfortable sending our local AAA Members to these places or not. While I cannot comment on any of the services I received what I can comment on is the way this place handles their customer's and the way they treat them. Russel is always looking to satisfy the customers that walk into the front door. Upon my visit I was having a conversation when a customer walked in. Rather than continue his conversation with me or tell the customer to wait a minute, Russel excused himself from our conversation to help his customer. This, to me, shows the level of respect and courtesy that they have for their customer's whom they do not want just waiting around. I can only give four stars because as I said, I was not able to actually receive any services but in terms of decor, atmosphere and most importantly customer satisfaction.... Pleasantly surprised!! I found this place in a last minute search on a Saturday and rather randomly. I called and scheduled a Fusion Massage for the afternoon at what I considered to be a reasonable price. To be perfectly honest, my expectations were low...they had an open appointment on a Saturday with a few hours notice at a great price? Hmmmmmm They were running about 15 minutes behind and gave me a courtesy call aobut an hour out to let me know I could take my time arriving. I was greeted with cucumber lemon water and a tour of the spa. I was really impressed with the facilities...every possible option was availalbe and the staff seemed very knowledgable on all aspects. Once the tour was complete Lana immediately got to work massaging away 6 months worth of tension out of my back and shoulders (I highly recommend her; great form). Owner was rude trying to justify the outrageous $50 for 40 minute infrared sauna session. I told him I was used to paying $15 for the same treatment. Let me start off by saying that this was a Groupon special and I was not trust subpar!! I really needed to get that out! Now off to the review! As previously stated I seen this on Groupon for a 90 min infra red sauna and hydro colonic therapy for a very reasonable price. As stated I called for an appointment and was greet politely by a gentlemen on the phone, he took the time to explain the process, advised me on downloading the app for the spa so that we had instructions for pre and post colonics and accommodated an appointment with my co worker because we wanted come on the same day.(not at same time) I got a phone call and email to confirm my appointment which I love by the way because it confirms for both parties. The spa space is located in the back of the addressed building so make sure you park in the rear. I walked up the steps to the spa it was so warm, inviting and fresh, immediately greeted by the owner Irena. She asked my name signed me in, offered me a glass of lemon water and a seat. I had to fill out a questionnaire about my health in general , and what my expectations of the spa services were. Afterwards we toured the spa and my goodness it was beautiful. the attention to detail was impeccable, very pretty tables and vases. Warm earth tone and jewwl tones are adorned throughout the establish, it was just cozy and inviting. Besides being beautiful it was clean. I did not see a piece of dust or dirt on any fixture, no smells or imbedded dirt in the areas I was serviced in. My first service was the infra red color therapy sauna, its your own little private space with a tv that plays serenity sound and pictures , they offer oils , towels, robes, slippers , soft lighting, sink and toiletries. the sauna has a control for heat and light, as well as display explaining what color therapy does for ones overall health. After my sauna , I was give a cool rag to wipe off and robe then escorted to the hydro colonic room. Its only one in the salon so my host who was the Irena the owner was very attentive while I was on the table being serviced. Before the procedure she explained what I was to expect during the colonics, she instructed me how to insert catheter, checked and began the treatment. The first few minutes she stayed with me as well as massaging my stomach, and observing how I was responding to the treatment. Before she left she placed and automatic massager on my stomach as well. She checked on me about every 10 minutes or so and peeped under the towel to check my progress as well as clean the well out and check my comfort level. After the procedure she gave me items to clean myself, gave me a probiotic and informed me on what to expect the next few days and what to eat post procedure. She also explained to me that I was heavily constipated and that I should take a detox program for a month, and return to her at least 2 more times within a few weeks and every 6-8 weeks as maintenance. Irena was very knowledgeable, I really enjoyed chatting with her afterwards, she has 25 years experience!! I can not wait to go back! she now has a customer for life. read more

This place is extremely unprofessional. I called to take advantage of their Groupon offer I found online for an upcoming trip. The first time I called to book they must have been busy as no one answered the phone. So I called back later that afternoon and was yelled at and asked "why F*$K I was calling?" I asked if there was a problem in which she responded "did i say you could call me!?!" I responded by stating that I thought this was a business, in which she sarcastically snarked "well how the F*#K can i help you then?" After this type of treatment it would have been hard to justify booking with them, however, I ended up not having a chance as I was hung up on. I booked the Asian Indulgences Spa Package & it was phenomenal! Casey performed all the services for me, it started with a body wrap - mixture was scrubbed on me, my thighs and abdomen were wrapped in plastic-wrap type material and then covered in bandage-like wrappings. I lay face up on a table & was wrapped in two more layers, seemed like a heated knapsack - I was in my "burrito" cocoon for about 30 minutes & Casey checked in ok my every few minutes to see if the temperature needed adjusting or anything. After the wrap, I robed up and went to the infrared sauna. Sat/laid there for about 25-30 minutes and sweated up a storm. Next was the Vichy shower and body's scrub; both were awesome. A little weird at first for an adult to scrub your naked body, but just let it happen and you won't be disappointed! She left after the scrub was done to let me enjoy the Vichy shower for a bit. When she came back, I dried off, robed up again and then we headed back to the same room I had the wrap done in. On a separate table, I laid face down and got a back massage & when I turned over we finished up with my organic facial with microdermabrasion and soothing hot towels. While she was working on my facial, I received an arm and shoulder massage-very relaxing. Would definitely come back again for some pampering. For all my services I was nude, but if you're more conservative, you can keep your underpants on, just bring a clean pair to change into when you're done & headed home. read more
