Haley does such a good job. Very detailed and they last a long time. Plus, she's polite and personable. I get dip on my nails for $45. Pedicures run 30+ sometimes I just get my toes painted for $10 and they'll file and shape my toenails. This salon is clean and is doing a good job with COVID-19 protocols. read more

I just moved to the county and have been on the hunt for a new nail salon. Venetian is great! I came in for a mani/pedi and Hailey did my pedicure and was amazing. The chairs were also super comfy - gotta love a solid massage chair. They were pretty busy on a Friday afternoon, so clearly they're popular which is always a good sign. I found 9 Venetian, based on Yelp reviews and it's location, and told her about it. She decided to give it a try. From this point on, it'll be her words, verbatim: My review of the place Very nice and pleasant people. Ken was exceptional. He was patient and pleasant with me. He helped me decide between acrylic and the dip. Recommended the acrylic for best lasting and strengthening my nails. He took his time, did really well with the shape, length and saw that the light color needed a 3rd coat of paint. He did tell me if he can't do it, he will let me know or have someone do it. I came to this place twice now and both times I'm a walk in at the same time I've been happy with their work. Tina did my gel polish and Cindy did the dip powder. I'm meticulous when it comes to my nails because I do my own nails. I started doing that because I didn't want to pay someone to do my nails only for it to come out mediocre and sloppy. But with Tina and Cindy I'm more than happy to pay. After my manicure Cindy puts oil on my nail bed so it doesn't look dry. I've been to other nail salons that doesn't do that. Omg what the actual heck?? Came in for a manicure and was assigned to the only man working. There was no wait so early in the day so I was looking forward to a nice relaxing manicure. Today I was late for my appointment, I called before I came to let him know. He told me to still come. When I got there I was treated with the worst customer service I've ever had. I'm an elderly AA woman and I refuse to spend my money any place that gives such poor treatment. Was I the wrong color or age? A young white woman came in for her appointment with him and was treated very friendly and courteous. I've always loved the atmosphere in this place, but today I think will be my last time! I so Love this place. I have been coming here for about 5 years now and I have had my nails done by Hailey, ken and my favorite Cindy. all Came out just perfect. I love Cindy because she Knows exactly How I like my nails and they are always so beautiful not to take away from the other staff because there come out beautiful as well its just thy she keeps me on my schedule as well. last month she did my nails for my gender reveal and we all prayed for a girl she did 3 nails pink and 2 blue and I got the girl lol .. Service is always great here and the employees give top rate work while maintaining proper hygiene and social distancing.

Why don't they use disposable tools is beyond me. I came here in a crunch for aa pedi while i was waiting for daughter to be done her hair next door. the buffer and files were in a plastic box it was not sealed. Also they use the razor blade which I'm sure is illegal in the state , I didn't let them use it because I was not sure how it was sanitized. Haley was nice that's why they got two stars. read more

I only get a pedicure maybe once a year and this is the place that I come to! 9 Venetian Nail Spa is located in a large shopping center at the intersection of Belair and Silver Spring Road. There is plenty of parking and I find that I am able to walk in and be serviced at various points of the day. I've had multiple people do my pedicures at this establishment and the results have always been fantastic. The nail staff almost always converses with me and I feel that they really take pride in doing good work that the customer will be satisfied with. There are multiple options for pedicures ranging in price and I feel that their prices are reasonable. They do ask that you tip in cash, so keep that in mind when patronizing their business.
