Since the First time we have used Vital Air services, technician's Dean Page & Aaron Miles have been amazing! On 6/3/26 we had a new HVAC system installed, we had Colin & Cam do the installation. Both were professional gems, very detailed, diligent & meticulous!! Colin is very knowledgeable & Cam too. They were here all day, 8am-6pm, had to go up in attic, narrow space with stairs to disassemble the old HVAC system, then take apart the new HVAC system to bring into attic, assemble it & install the new HVAC system, plus redo connections, venting systems for main level & downstairs. They did such an amazing job, neat, cleaned up, you would not have realized any work was done, then Colin took the time to fully explain the unit in attic, the 2 new control panels & set up the APP for us as well, we cannot praise them & the work they did enough!! I have been using Vital Air for 8 years using a maintenance contract guaranteeing 2 service visits per year (you must call them to schedule, they won't call you at each season change like other companies do). When I asked early July to schedule my "RoutineSpring service" they said it was "too hot right now" and that they would call me back later when temperatures had cooled THIS IS AN AIRCONDITIONING SERVICE!!!-they never did call back! They installed a new Lennox brand system a few years back and because they have just noticed on their last visit that we now have another brand in our attic for another floor, they are now refusing to re-new the service contract and maintain & service the new unit they had installed. I guess that's why they never called back to schedule service - even out of common courtesy! Lookout for this!! read more

Had a house built with their system and install. Had issue with it not cooling evenly. They came out, made it worse, and charged me even though it was under warranty and only 8 months old. I had to get another company to come and diagnose that the design was wrong and add on a 3rd zone. Two years later, I haven't had a single issue since replacing Vital Air. 3 of my neighbors had had the same issue and Vital couldn't fix their systems either, but I knew how to. When I talked to them, all I received was excuses. My recommendation is to look at other HVAC companies. They blocked me on FB when I reviewed them on there. read more

We have been extremely pleased with the customer service (Leigh) and all the technicians over the years. Leigh scheduled Jacob to come service our outage within hours of me calling after being out of town. I appreciate that he went above and beyond in troubleshooting and resolving the problem. I also own another property where I had a service contract with another company. They were absorbed by a larger company and the cost/service were horrible. I switched my maintenance service to Vital Air and have been so pleased. The other company mis-diagnosed a problem and I am so glad I called Vital Air for a 2nd opinion. Woke up to find my garage ceiling drooping with water. And the garage floor was flooded with standing water. Upon further investigation, I came to realize there was an issue with the HVAC. I called vital air, and they said someone would be there between 3 and 5 that afternoon. I got a text from Justin, the tech at 3 saying he was on his way. Not only did he repair the issue. Be hauled off more than 20 gallons on water from my attic. He also took the time to show me what had happened and did a better job of explaining the system to me than my builder at closing. I got a maintenance contract with Vital Air I was so impressed and feel relieved to know I have a knowledgeable, professional, and punctual company that will now maintain my system for me. read more

I have loved this company since 2011. Today they had the worst customer service ever. THINKING OF CHANGING MY COMPANY BECAUSE KEEPING A SCHEDULE TIME and keeping customers in good communication IS CRITICAL FOR ME - 6 hours late!!!!!! Received a text on Friday reminding us to be home and available for our 12-1 annual spring ac check (a 20 min max job). We gave up a family baby shower at noon to honor this arrival time but would meet up with a few of the people for dinner Service still not here by 1 pm, no call from the field service or the home office why the tech running late. 1 pm I call the office and ask what is going on. The lady with the British accent could not be understood. We tried to explain that the person is already late for the noon to 1 pm schedule appoint. When would she arrive? We have a family event at 4 we don't want to miss a second event also because of them not keeping to a simple schedule for just a normal 20 minute spring ac check up. Was told that the lady on the phone was only the after hour person and could not contact the rep. Really, that is just unreasonable. Call the owner so you can get the cell of the field representative. It is poor service if you cannot call the field officer to updates to customers. That was unacceptable to us. I insisted she find a way to call the field service rep and give us a time of arrival 24 hour person finally calls and says there is a leak on the system and the service rep is working on and she will be here ASAP I tell her this is still unacceptable - what does this mean time wise? Another 30 minutes? More time? Find out an estimated time. This information is useless. Do I cancel my 4 pm event now. Around 4 pm I call friends and say I am missing event 2 for the day. I call back the office again because they never bothered to call me back with a new estimated time. I am again asking what is going on? Why did I have a noon to 1 pm appointment and still no service at 4 pm?? My job is just a simple annual ac check up on a 9 month new system. 24 hour lady / Sorry there is still a leak at the other customers home. We do not have a time of completion. I do not have a new time for arrival What is your back up plan when your company has now wasted 5 hours of a multi year customer? When you loyal customer has now missed 2 events because you cannot honor your service apt time and clearly communicate when you realistically can make the service call that has been on the books for about 2 weeks Missed 4 pm meetup with friends Around 4:45 we are told She is leaving her first job and is heading over now. Will arrive around 5:30 (for an original noon to 1 appointment). She is driving a LONG distance to get to us. Really - why wasn't this told to me when making an appointment several weeks ago? Since my job was just an ac spring check then why didn't you do my job first before a 5 hour ac job? Why didn't you service lady call me? 5:30 the tech lady still not here! Freak out - call the office again and ask what is going on. Where is the service lady. NOW HOW MORE WILL WE HAVE TO WAIT 5:50 she drives in front of the house HOURS LATE Husband is on phone with the 24 hour lady and I am shouting to him to hang up the rep is finally here 6 hours late I shout from the front to to the tech lady by the van that the lack of phone calls and being 6 hours late without periodic updates to us as customers had ruined our whole day. We have been waiting all day and this is not acceptable. This is not how you treat loyal customers.! I turn around and she drives off Yes I yelled at her. She could have simply said I am sorry for the inconvenience my company has caused you today and then do her quick 20 minute job Another rash of calls. Yes I am yelling at this time. 1. My service time was not honored 2 as a result I missed two get togethers with friends 3 it was unacceptable to be told the 24 hour emergency phone lady did not have the number for our service person so she could get up an update 4 when the service person saw this job would make her a lot of work (actually 6 hours late) why didn't she contact us 5 leaving my house because I yelled that her lateness and lack of communication ruined my day was a lost opportunity for this service person to say this is not how they treat loyal customers. Stay and provide the service she was scheduled to do. Leaving made the bad service just worse read more

This company was the original installer for our new construction home. The initial install and the reliability of of the parts has been horrible. Technicians are generally not trained well and the office team struggles to follow up. On two separate occasions I have asked to be on the Serivce Plan and yet I have not been enrolled. System 1: not properly filled to proper level of coolant System 1: dampers not set up correctly and when I called in I was blamed for leaving doors open too long. System 2: Zone damper failed. System 1: compressor failed. Technician suggested that I run our thermostat too low. Our units are less than two years old. This is just too much and the customer service combine with component failures is just horrible. Stay away. read more

Joshua did a great job and was quick and efficient. He explained everything and checked to make sure the condensate pump was working before leaving. Scheduling service was a little difficult (they gave us a 3-4PM window the first day and then finally after I called twice they said the tech would be there around 5:45PM, which didn't work for us) but the lady was really nice and got us rescheduled for the next day at 11AM. Overall they did a great job and their prices were very competitive compared to the other estimate we got. read more
