When they came to do the work the price had been changed, and he wrote on the work order that I had agreed to the price. He is wily and dishonest! After that day, the owner just showed up at my house without an appointment. The owner is not trustworthy, and I do not recommend this business! I called him and he was available to come out within a couple hours. When he got here and inspected the unit, he immediately identified the issue saying we had a bad capacitor. He had one on his truck and had it changed out in minutes and we again had working AC. I asked him to quote some more services and his fees were more than reasonable. Based on his repair service and recommendations he quoted, I believe him to be an honest professional.
