Meditation definitely helps center the mind and relax yourself of all thoughts and to get engrossed in thoughts as well. There are classes every week if you so desire. Thank you. I also notice that this would be good for people with ADD /ADHD - and lo and behold, when I was leaving the office, I saw brochures on ADD/ADHD. So I guess I was onto something! You can do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the late afternoon (that's what I am doing right now). It's based on your income or you get discounts if you are a full time student. The first band was Brielle Aguila, and the second band was Yaima. Check them out, good stuff. The place is nice and large, plenty of parking for a small concert. The organization was also pretty good, and there was healthy food available from a local chef. I was impressed with the event.
