Wednesday nights are "unplugged" ie open discussion where Saturday's are a bit more concentrated on a specific teaching. I never knew how important meditation is, to care for ones mind and ones body is equally essential for healthy, happy living. Practicing meditation has taught me to see things more clearly and continues to lead me to greater awareness; thus a much more peaceful mind. Upon arrival (6:00pm) I was at the front door where there wasn't even a receptionist or an associate that can let you in. I called the number on their site a number of times just to reach no one. I had to ask a random stranger where it was located and when I finally found it (6:07). I was met with the instructor whom was so inconsiderate and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. She tells me the class has already started and doesn't even let me get a word in. I try to explain to her that I've been calling and it's really hard to find the location....she just repeatedly shook her head "no" with a weird look on her face. This is so deeply disheartening because I love yoga and have been an active participant for 4 years. I've never had an instructor be so nonchalant. She didn't even greet me....I will never be going back here.

Meditation definitely helps center the mind and relax yourself of all thoughts and to get engrossed in thoughts as well. There are classes every week if you so desire. Thank you. I also notice that this would be good for people with ADD /ADHD - and lo and behold, when I was leaving the office, I saw brochures on ADD/ADHD. So I guess I was onto something! You can do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the late afternoon (that's what I am doing right now). The first band was Brielle Aguila, and the second band was Yaima. Check them out, good stuff. The place is nice and large, plenty of parking for a small concert. The organization was also pretty good, and there was healthy food available from a local chef. I was impressed with the event. At the end of the night things got a little crazy, but what do you expect?
