What I love about this studio that sets them apart from others is the variety of classes offered for all levels and types of people. Some of my favorite classes so far are: power flow yoga ( a MUST take class with instructor Bethany) , multi flow vinyasa, barre (take Kimies class!!!!), HIIT (Pattie is motivating) and low body blast. And I haven't even tried them all yet! There are a multitude of workshops that happen every month, from meditation, to restorative yoga, to yoga with your children, to focusing on healing just one part of your body. They even do ugly sweater yoga at a brewery every year! ALSO, there is a wellness studio on the second level with doctors of natural medicine, physical therapy, mental therapy. And Verbena!! A spa center where they offer massage, acupuncture, a salt room... it just keeps getting better. I haven't gotten a massage yet, but it's on my "to-do" list. Really tho.... can you ask for anything else? I seriously recommend anyone young or old, male or female to check out Bloom... who knows you might find what has been missing in your life! I know I did.

I also enjoy the variety of classes. I am more of a traditional yogi, but I like that there are also Barre method, pilates, and weights classes in the schedule. I just bought a month membership, so it will definitely provide for an all-inclusive workout! The studio is immaculate and spacious. It has a small, family feel, and yet it is run like an organized business. I am a long-time yogi, and I am very excited to bring my experience and business here!

As a student at the College of Life, I believe one should involve himself in the many aspects of self development and care. I am all about the holistic experience. It was a free meditation event by a man who many people bragged and boasted about. I'm glad I went. 2.) What your Third Eye may see: This place reminds me of like a religious college, a big campus, greenery, churches and other buildings. The main meditation place was large and held the wonderful 50 people who attended. This specific building is pretty intricate, multi-levels housing different departments. Once again it felt almost like college. 3.) Impressions: Great place for meditation, worship or whatever suits your needs. Glad to know this is the place that has an 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. Brandon Nappy is a wonderful individual.

The retreat of meditation guidance taught by humanitarian and orthodox Buddhist monk Bhante Wimala was helpful in many aspects of my life. It was wonderful to be able to walk around outside as well as have something good to eat during the weekend. I did not stay overnight (commuted) but the friends I spoke with all seemed to like their accommodations. I've attended several of the Tibetan monk's, visiting from Drepung Gomang Monastery in South India, program creating their sand mandala which was very moving. The director and his staff (including volunteers) are very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I am very happy I have a comfortable, peaceful place to learn more about different cultures and teachings. Copper Beech has been instrumental in my spiritual development. Their purposeful work and mindful programs are greatly appreciated. Do yourself a favor and take a closer look at Copper Beech and join their newsletter, you will be glad you did!
