Lori fried off my hair after leaving bleach on for far too long. She will forget about you and have you sit in a corner (or in the waiting area) while she attends to other clients. Far too unprofessional and unskilled to be worth the price. (Also, don't be fooled into thinking they can do hair extensions here-- they are cheap tape ins from Sallys... but will still charge ya top dollar!) I went here after finding a Groupon for waxing with Marissa. I'm kinda new to the region and needed to find a waxer. She called me the day of the appt to let me know that she other appts were running late, and asked if I could come 30 minutes later than my original time. As I was battling a stress headache, this delay was a God send. The reception and waiting area were nice, and I was provided at water while I waited. I knocked off one star, as while I waited, I was vacuumed around, which while having a headache was tougher to sit through the actual waxing. Marissa was fantastic. She was polite, pleasant, and fast. The job she did was thorough. I would recommend her. read more

Horrible I do not recommend this place for anybody started out with a facial which included a head massage i did not Receive Then I had a hair color Ended up looking like bozo the clown 6 hours later I left looking the same way as I walked in I wouldnt even give it the one star but that's the only option I have read more

Had the best day yesterday at Vitoria Adamo Spa! I had a facial by Marissa. She is great! I immediately booked another appointment. I also had my nails done by Conswello. She did a wonderful job and is a true artist. She hand painted designs on two of my nails and I couldn't be happier with them. Ok for a massage, but not for a haircut if you're under 50. I went here for a haircut out of desperation b/c I couldn't get in to see my regular stylist at another salon. The hairdressers here rent their spaces, and mine in particular thought it was ok for her friends to stop by and sit in the tiny room while she was cutting my hair. I felt like I was intruding on her social life. She also was not exactly up on the latest trends in haircutting, and yet had the audacity to insult the work of my usual stylist, whom I love. I was also not told in advance that they don't take credit cards, even though I told the receptionist when I called that it was my first time there. And to top it off...my haircut was uneven, and I had to get it fixed by my regular stylist anyways. read more

I had a gift card so I made an appt for more service than the card was worth. I was really looking forward to trying this place out. I was there on time, waited in the reception area for at least 15 minutes but no one was there. No one came out to see if anyone was waiting, including, apparently, the person who had an actual appointment. After hanging around like that, I finally left and gave away the card. I certainly wouldn't try going back; they obviously don't hold customer service in very high regard. read more

Hadn't had a massage in almost a year and when I had on the cruise ship I was bruised from neck to bottom. Really needed a massage and the Hubs got me a gift certificate for Valentines day. I called and booked with Karen. What a doll. I usually have pretty bad neck and shoulder pain and don't sleep well. I slept like a baby that night and woke with no neck pain and only slight back stiffness the next morning. Can't wait to go back. read more

I went to Vitoria Adamo for a brazillian for the first time because I was unhappy with my previous place. I was really nervous because of my previous experience at my other place AND because Becca is the ONLY one who does the waxing and facials there. Thanks to my fiance I tried it anyway and went in with an open mind and fell in LOVE with her! She was fantastic from beginning to end and really affordable! She took the time to explain to me what she was going to do, made me feel extremely comfortable just by talking to me. Her technique of waxing was the least pain I have EVER felt from a brazillian. She seemed so in love with what she does and so confident. I am so happy I found Becca. One thing that totally made me see what a humble person she is was that she has her own line of products and didnt make me feel pressured to buy any of it! She used some of if on me and made it a point to ask me if I had any allergies before. She is so knowledgeable on the science behind hair/waxing/skin. I know I found my place for waxing for sure!
