Usually I'm unable to predict when my stomach virus will wrap up. Totally unprofessional. No, I don't believe she is sick. I've dealt with providers like this before. As I was sitting on the stairs waiting for her to show up 10 min before my appointment, she texts other clients and I that she will not be coming in because of a "family emergency." She should've let us know at least an hour before if it is a "family emergency." I asked for side bangs 3 times & each time was met with resistance. "I don't want to cut too short" I gave up after the third ask. Conversation was also intrusive - where do you live? What's your job? What's your ethnicity? This is supposed to be a relaxing experience, not an interrogation. Total bill $145. Will not be going back for sure.
