We got quotes from multiple hardscapers and a few landscaping (all-inclusive) contractors and decided to go with Mike for the following reasons despite very few help or google reviews (which we are quiet shocked about since their work is commendable. We decided to go ahead with Vitoria pavers for the following reasons: responded promptly to a query for a quote. Very competitive quote. Very knowledgable about the process, product and service after installation. Own crew with their own machinery. We originally started with the backyard retaining wall and side yard but were quickly convinced to get our driveway done through them as we saw their quality of work and professionalism. During the project Mike was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Flavio the owner is also very knowledgeable about the process and was able to facilitate the work with his crew. Flavio was also able to accommodate a few requests that came up during the project. The crew were on time everyday and worked from 8am-5pm everyday. They made sure to do the task, clean up the worksite and even answer any questions that we had. We hired Vitoria Pavers to work on our driveway, walkway, and the front porch (total around 1200 sqft) from June 23rd, 2025 to July 3rd, 2025. We're very happy with our decision for the following reasons: * Mike of Vitoria Pavers is very responsive to our requests: He always showed up on time on appointments, and all text messages & phone calls were responded within 5 to 10 minutes. * Their quote was competitive. They're not the cheapest quote, but their estimate was clear, and precise. Their contract spelled out all important details (work schedule, payment schedule, design features that owner requested,..). * With a 2 demolition teams, 5 installment teams (according to Mike), and plenty of powerful equipment, they got the job done quickly, We particularly impressed by their demolition process (removed the old concrete, dug up to 12 inches of soil, and haul them away). These were the most noisy, dirty, and extremely inconvenient steps. Some of our neighbor projects took 1 or 2 weeks for demolition and the whole neighborhood suffered through dusts and noises. Our demolition was completed in just 2 days. * Overall, they did a high quality job. Time will tell, but so far we are happy with our new driveway. read more

They helped removed a portion of the trip root that caused a bump on my driveway and re-paved the driveway in great condition. They were not the cheapest quote I got. Vitoria Pavers did an excellent job on a retaining wall to level a sloped yard. The retaining wall was ~100 linear feet. They also built a tree well/ seating wall to protect a protected oak tree. They were competitively priced, shared ideas on how to improve the design throughout the project, and completed the project in a timely manner. I would definitely hire for any future work. read more
