I would like to recognize the Viva Ford Maintenance Department in West ELP. Over the years Octavio and Oscar have earned my trust and business because of the quality of work that they do for my 2007 F-150. My vehicle is a bit old but they keep it running as new. I have tried other shops and I continue to comeback to Viva Ford because of the quality and competence of their technicians. I work out of town and most recently I left my truck with them for full maintenance, parts replacement, and to repair faulty work from another Ford dealer...they did amazing work for an affordable price. My truck is like new and I would trust no one else touching my vehicle other than the Viva Ford Maintenance Department. Thank you so much for your dedication. You have earned my trust and I would recommend the Viva Ford Maintenance Department to others. Gracias

So this is an updated review of this location fixing my girlfriends car after a large Dodge Ram hit her and took off, leaving her car destroyed. When we dropped off her car, everything went very smooth and we had no problems. They handled everything with her insurance and made the whole thing very easy as this was the first time something like this has happened to my gf. When we got the car back, it was like it was brand new. They fixed everything perfectly and Rose (my gf's car lol) is looking like a whole new car! If something happens in the future, we will definitely be bringing her car back to this location!

What kind of charge is Availability 10k?

Can't believe Ford Dealership wanted to rip me off this bad $69,333 for a Mach-E no thanks. Nice car but didn't even bother trying to see how low they could go. I walked out and scheduled a test drive for the Model Y. 3 days later I test drove the Y and ordered my Y the same day directly from Tesla. I didn't have to worry about them ripping me off as it's a standard price, same price in TX, AZ, FL, CA. I'm so glad Ford Dealership turned me away. Dealerships are a rip off. May 31,2021

The facility is extremely clean, all employees and customers were wearing masks, and social distancing was being practiced. My service advisor was Elizabeth H. She exceeded my expectations. She noticed I was from out of state, explained wear and tear on my vehicle, and the issues that I would be facing because of it. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and she made sure to explain the services done to my vehicle and what I would need in the future based on my driving. My technician was Ernesto. The write up and explanation I received was clear, concise, and helpful. I also got a follow up email with all the info regarding the services performed on my vehicle which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be coming back for service at Rudolph Honda.

From the start, the experience was highly disorganized; we were left waiting in the lobby with no designated salesperson while an online representative took our keys for an "assessment." When a salesperson finally assisted us, they showed zero interest in our preferences and made no effort to help us find a replacement vehicle. After we requested to see numbers, a sales manager came to the desk, treated us as if we were being unreasonable, and promised to run the figures. She then walked away and completely disappeared, leaving us waiting in the lobby. The salesperson eventually returned with a lowball trade offer that was thousands below our clean KBB baseline. The worst part occurred the following morning: I received an automated email from KBB stating that Rudolph Honda had manually adjusted our vehicle's profile in their system to falsely claim it had an "accident history," dropping our digital quote by over $3,000. I immediately contacted KBB Corporate, who confirmed our vehicle's file is completely clean and that no accident history exists. We walked away without making a purchase. This dealership relied on artificial delays, disrespectful customer service, and deceptive reporting tactics to try and manipulate our vehicle's value. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere if you value transparency and honest business practices.

From the very beginning, the salesman BRAILYN GUTIERREZ was condescending and dismissive. On our first visit, he made assumptions about our financial situation based solely on our appearance--making it out to seem as if we couldn't afford a vehicle without any prior knowledge or anything about us. This first interaction was offensive and unprofessional. Although this was our interaction we still continued to give the dealership the opportunity to work with us and we returned to finalize the purchase of two vehicles (2025 Chevy Suburban & 2025 Chevy 2500) BAILYN GUTIERREZ insisted on handling our sale even though we had explicitly already expressed our concerns that we didn't want to work with him and spoken to the manager. To avoid a long process my husband and I gave zero pushback on pricing or payments, yet we got a run around and Mr.Gutierrez wasn't transparent during the financing process and even made comments about the legitimacy of our business, saying we needed to "make the purchase look neater."That statement was not only insulting--it was inappropriate on every level and we provided legal documentation to shut down the claim Mr.Gutierrez made. We once again asked respectfully, and made our concerns known that we would not continue working with Mr.Gutierrez even communicated that clearly to his management. Our request was ignored. In fact, the disrespect continued where the finance manager went so far that he proceeded to scratch out the salesman's name on paperwork and write in another sales person's name--this clearly was just a tactic to "shut us up and get us out of the office." Now to make matters worst reflected on the official agreement was Mr.Gutierrez name proving that our request was ignored. This just goes to show the type of culture and values being upheld at this Rudolph Chevrolet. But what truly pushed this from disappointing to disturbing was discovering that after my initial HONEST review towards Rudolph Chevrolet they used staff to post reviews with fake 5-star reviews to drown out my legitimate customer review. As someone who relies on honest reviews when making major decisions, this is deeply troubling and deceptive. It's a clear attempt to manipulate public perception rather than take responsibility and improve. We spent a significant amount of money here--and left feeling disrespected, ignored, and misled. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution. Don't let a polished showroom fool you into thinking you'll be treated fairly. You deserve honesty, respect, and transparency--especially when you're investing in something as important as a vehicle. I'll post a couple of the many images to support my review and also reflect that the reviews from staff came right after I posted my initial review.

Now - Bear with me.. I get to the point eventually! Stopped in here as the last place on the agenda for the first day of new car buying. I had already been to a couple of places to shop around and found some stuff I liked (loved.. just didn't buy because I refuse to be an "impulse buyer")... well right off the bat these dudes were your normal car-salesman-eager types (as soon as you drive up, they're right there with you)... but by the end of the car shopping day I didn't care and was ready to cut the crap. No more "I'm just looking"... so my RBF kicked in and I said "I like XYZ.. with XYZ included... blah blah... super specific.. impress me because I know nothing about Mazda I'm just here as a courtesy to YOU.." (Obviously that's word-for-word.. duh).. So Saul (he was great.. and Hector, too, later on) gave me a very sales-pitchy version of "I have just what you're looking for.. blah.. blah.. blah".... welp.. my RBF was very skeptical... but was pleasantly surprised that HE ACTUALLY DID!... He didn't lead me to the highest priced, best selling piece of fiberglass on wheels.... he gave me EXACTLY WHAT I was looking for... albeit... out of bud But... we got down to my budget.. and RBF was tired and just not sold... so they let me take it (not just for the night, but) for the entire weekend to see what I thought.. Not gonna lie.. this car is nothing special (yes it is.. to me! I LOVE IT).. it's a Smurfette-Blue Mazda CX 3 Touring.. So I drove it for the weekend... brought it back in with the intention to NOT get it... just had some minor issues... the style...the "add ons" (again, after seeing the competitors at multiple dealerships AND doing extensive research.. I knew WHAT I should get AND HOW MUCH I should pay)....the color (Okay Ill be honest.. this was my ONLY issue with it...SMURFETTE BLUE _ her name is now Smurfette..) ........... but dude.. after working with Saul And Hector And Elizabeth (the manager).. they came out to a price that made us ALL happy. And now I get a decent price at 0% interest.. unlimited car washes for a year... oil changes.. routine services... so much Stuff! AND.. as if THAT wasn't enough (Obviously, yes I Bought the car!).. what actually led me to this review.... they called to ask about my experience.. and dude.. I had a MILLION questions that I didn't think to ask when buying and stopping back in quickly and what not... this kid (who was just supposed to ask how I enjoyed my car buying experience) went completely OUT OF HIS WAY.. to not just talk to some salesmen to get some answers to basic questions.. but fully researched all that comes with an APP on my phone. So yeah.. let's just say I'm a happy camper

I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, including an oil change, a recall service, tire rotation, and air-conditioning work. Unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable and has left me both disappointed and concerned for the safety of my family -- particularly my grandchild who regularly rides in this vehicle. Below is a summary of the issues: 1. Delay and Lack of Courtesy: I was left waiting over an hour for a ride to work after dropping my car off. When I asked a manager about how being late to work, she said the ride is a courtesy privilege. So rude I could have planned my own transport. Another disappointment in feedback. 2. No warning lights before I arrived and a Surprise Warning Light: After the maintenance, I was told a warning light appeared -- this was never an issue prior to my service appointment. 3. Voided Warranty on this fix: I was informed my warranty was voided due to supposed water damage from a spill. I have no knowledge of this and firmly believe there is a design flaw, as this "spill" seems linked to a button placed dangerously close to where people place drinks. This resulted in an unexpected $1,500 bill. 4. Tire Safety Risk: Less than 10 days after the service, one of my tires blew out. The emergency tire service technician advised that all of my tires were at unsafe tread levels. This is shocking given I paid for maintenance and expected safety checks. This incurred another costly out-of-pocket expense. 5. Paid $300 for Maintenance: Despite spending $300 on a maintenance package, I left in a worse -- and more dangerous -- condition than I arrived. I am warning the public of this practice. This is not the experience I expect from a company that values safety, integrity, and customer loyalty. I demand this situation be addressed -- including a review of the supposed water damage, tire safety negligence, and placement of critical components near cup holders. I truly believe this should prompt a recall or design review. If the organization Nissan Charlie Clark El Paso, is willing to resolve this matter responsibly, I am open to removing my complaint. Otherwise, I will escalate this issue through all available consumer protection channels, including the NHTSA, BBB, and social media. You may reach me via text at (915) 487-4300. They replaced the harmonic balancer, idler pulley, serpentine belt, and performed an oil change. On August 27, 2025, my car stalled out with no power and had to be towed back. That Friday morning, the shop told me they could not figure it out and asked me to tow it elsewhere. I did. The new mechanic immediately discovered that when Brakemasters replaced the harmonic balancer, the repair had not been done correctly--the bolt could literally be removed by hand. This caused the part to slip, leading to catastrophic engine damage. I attempted to resolve this directly with the store. I spoke with Curtis, who was dismissive, rude, and adamant that no mistake had been made. On September 2, 2025, I reached out to corporate and spoke with Christian Smith, who returned my call on September 3. He apologized, explained in detail what had happened, and admitted liability. He assured me Brakemasters would "make this right" and that my engine would be replaced either through their corporate account or insurance. Unfortunately, Brakemasters opted to turn this over to Nationwide Insurance, which now wants to total my car. That option does not make me whole--it leaves me without a vehicle and does not even cover the payoff balance. On September 9, I again contacted Christian, making it clear that a payout would not resolve this issue and that I simply needed the repair done. Since then, corporate has completely ghosted me. On September 11, Nationwide informed me that Brakemasters would no longer respond or engage with me and that they would only "settle" through insurance. To this day, Brakemasters has not refunded the money I paid for the faulty repair, nor have they taken responsibility for correcting the damage their negligence caused. My car has now been sitting at another mechanic's shop for over three weeks. This is not how you fix a mistake. This is not ethical business practice. I did not want to post negatively, but I've been forced to. This matter is being reported to the Better Business Bureau, the Arizona Attorney General, and the Texas Attorney General. It is astounding to me that a company can cause this kind of damage, openly admit fault, then abandon the customer entirely. Brakemasters has done nothing to make this right.
