We got in around 5:30 PM and Latin music were played in two of tents, Fogoncito Catracho and The Food Twisters. There are Pizza, Smoothies, Tacos, Burritos, Empanada and other food from Cuba, and Central America. We step in The Food Twisters and ordered a Cheese Burger and a Twisted Burger and a watermelon mojito. The staff is very friendly and tell you it will take 10 minute to prepare the food. The cheese burger is fine and flavorful. The Twisted burger is amazing! A grilled burger on a buttered bun with crispy smoked bacon strips, melted Swiss Chesse, lettuce and tomato with Guava BBQ sauce. The Guava BBQ sauce added that extra taste to the burger. Very nice! We tried their watermelon mojito drink in an oversize cup. The lime, mint, and watermelon juice with ice cubes elevated my taste bud to fight the humid Florida Summer sun! Definitely will return to try their empanada, Cuban egg roll, Mac N Cheese burger!

Sides were Texas style potato salad ( perfectly seasoned with dill..) and baked beans. Tyler found us to see how we liked it. We chatted and shared how the food truck began and how hard he has worked to build his business. He returned again to give us a sample of the brisket burnt ends. Melt in your mouth!!
