There's some tofu, there's some meat substitutes, but what I got is falafel, which is one of those foods that just happens to be vegetarian. It was a splendid platter, with a healthy dose of fresh-tasting quinoa tabbouleh. The falafel seemed baked and came with ample garnishes. I added some grape leaves as well. These people like olives and cucumber a bit more than I do, but I nonetheless was full for a nice price. They were mostly vegan but did have (and did clearly announce as the one exception) a goat cheese dish.
