I decided to try this place on Labor Day since my regular salon was closed. I booked online specifically with Linna because of her great reviews, but when I arrived, they assigned me to someone else and told me the technician selection on their website doesn't actually matter -- which was really misleading. The technician I ended up with did a very poor job. The nail shapes were all different, the sides weren't properly painted, and the polish was applied so thick that it looked messy. I quietly mentioned it to the front desk because I didn't want to embarrass the technician, but they only offered me 10% off or to have the same technician repaint, which I declined. The staff did suggest trying another technician next time, but honestly, the experience was disappointing enough that I don't think I'll be returning. read more

First and last trip to this salon. I had an appointment but was taken 20 minutes late. The manicurist was very distracted, looking around frequently, and my overall look at the end was somewhat splotchy and not what I would expect. I was pointed towards the drying station and then she disappeared, with no follow up or check-in at the end. My usual salon is the same price as this one and much better overall. The only thing I can truly recommend is that they're open on Sundays. If you want a quality experience and a great result, best to go elsewhere. read more

I've been here 3 times and the first two times my nail tech walked in the door 10 minutes late because her starbucks order wasnt ready. the most recent time, i had a 930am apt along with 5 other patrons. no workers showed up until 935 when the front desk strolled up with a key. no nail techs were there until 945 and there was no explanation. absolutely ridiculous. wI'll likely never come back. read more

This nail salon lives up to its "spa" name! I had the most incredible green tea pedicure, which felt like a retreat for my feet. I also really appreciate the fact that this salon has a lower carbon footprint compared to most salons. They use real citrus and the scrubs and lotions are not individually packaged and are very high quality. My manicure was also perfect and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. At first I was very happy with my dip manicure but then a few days later I brushed over my pointer finger with my thumb and a piece chipped off. Then it went down hill from there. My nails started chipping randomly. Even washing my hair in the shower, a piece broke off. read more

Ok. So I had powder nailsl put on by Amy. Excellent. When I went back 3 weeks later to hv thrm tsken off I was told to move twice. Three seats and 3 nail techs. I was also cut. I still hv a band-aid on my finger. She was so interested in what I was going to have done next she wasn't paying attention and cut my finger. I kept trying to tell her that I needed to see what shape my nails were in after powder dip was taken off of my nails. She didn't want to here that response. They lost a customer. read more

Adequate and average. It doesn't smell strongly. They offer you a beverage. They also add upcharges they do not disclose until you are at the register. My friend, my mother, and myself, like to get together every few months for a pedicure and to catch up. I made an appointment for the three of us. We got there before our appointment time and were told that we would have to sit apart because they were busy. If you know someone made an appointment for three pedicures, why wouldn't you make sure there were three pedicure chairs next to each other open? They knew we thought we would be sitting together because as soon as we arrived, we were told if you want to sit together, you have to wait for enough chairs to be open next to each other. We had to be out by a certain time so we couldn't wait. My friend and I said we would sit separate, but my 83-year-old mother would not hear of it. I like to make sure she is sitting next to me because she uses a cane, and I want to be sure she safely gets in and out of the pedicure chair. I didn't think this would be a problem since I *made an appointment* for all three of us together. All of us wanted the basic pedicure that is listed on the website for $35. We were handed three color charts. After picking a color, the nail tech comes up with a box that has two bottles in it. I think to myself that it looks like gel color. There was no note on the charts that indicated you will be charged more money for this polish. Then I saw the UV light. I figured they must have switched the salon to gel but $35 sounded very cheap for a gel manicure. We get to the register, and we are all charged $50. There is nowhere on the pedicure page on the website that says you are upcharged for gel. There was no indication on the color charts that there was an upcharge for gel. I was not told there was an upcharge for gel. This is bad business. It is dishonest. At this point, I know they have lost three customers. They were so busy that they couldn't possibly seat us together yet I was asked no less than three times if I was sure I didn't also want a manicure. They were not too busy to squeeze another service in...which is probably why there were not 3 chairs together. They squeezed a service in for someone before us. My mother finished before us. When I got to the register and saw I was charged $50, I spoke up. I didn't agree to an extra $15 for gel. They took $5 off my pedicure and my friend's pedicure. We got outside and realized my mother did not speak up and get the five dollars off. I wanted to go back in and get a refund for her, but she refused. She was sitting right behind us waiting. The lady at the register... the hostess or whoever is supervising... knew we were all together. Why wouldn't she say "Let me give your mom $5 off, also." My mom thought the prices went up since I told her the website said $35 for the basic pedicure. One of the reasons I choose a nail salon is if they have published service fees. I don't like going to a salon where the prices change depending on how much business they've had that day or week. If you want to upsell gel manicures, advertise it that way. Make it clear. Don't sneak in a $15 charge. One time is a mistake. 3 times with three different techs is a habit. Bad business read more
