First time ever walking into a nail salon as a guy, I was a little awkward at first. I got a pedicure with callus remover. I'm on my feet a lot for work, so my heels were pretty rough, but they handled it like pros. Now my feet feel soft, clean. The place is clean, chill, and the staff made me feel comfortable. 10/10 experience. Just go. Your feet will thank you 5/5

Tianna is my new tech! It's so hard to find a good nail tech around here for some reason but Tianna is so good. She takes her time, asks me each step of the way if the nails are to my liking. I get gel builder and she makes them look so natural which is hard for other nail techs to get for some reason. She can do any design and style so well and will make suggestions based on your nail bed and shape which I appreciate cause that means she knows her stuff.

They had a Groupon and they just subtracted from the actual service amount based on the color type or design you wish. Found a new nail salon! This salon is located in a strip plaza with plenty of parking. They've been open for 11 months and have a great deal - it's $55 for a mani and pedi I believe! I went in for gelx with Tianna and her work is super detailed. She looked at my inspo photo and asked me each step what color and flowers I wanted to make sure it's exactly how I like it. Nina's the manager and she makes all of her customers feel so welcomed. Very nice and loves being up to date with the holidays in decor. She never stops trying to improve the shop! The ladies never stop cleaning here and the pedicure sets are individually packed for cleanliness. I'd be back!

I'm trying to determine how I feel about my experience as a I write this. I called ahead of time to get pricing and availability. I am very very picky when it comes to my nails. I've been going to the same person for 10 years we moved last year and found myself having to look for a new nail tech. I asked for gel pedicure & new set with thin French tip. I made sure to tell my nail tech one of my nails was slanted more towards one side twice. I also made sure to tell her I did not want to see the nail bed underneath as she was placing the powder. That was addressed. Shortly after both comments were made they started speaking their native tongue which of course I don't understand what I could understand was "picky" & "design" My issue is the actual french tip. All of the tips are a different thickness and they are not aligned to the same of the nail as far as thickness goes. There's inconsistencies on just about all my nails. Once she did the first nail she said "you see, very pretty I can do" & giggled My other issue is the shape of my toe nails, yes they were short going in but I didn't ask for round toe nails. Not a place I would return.

Viet owned and very nice accommodating staff! The lash tech is a working mother so it's great to support a small business. Got my lashes (and nails) done here and love the end result! They're currently running a promotion on nails $55 gel for mani and gel deluxe for pedi. As well as $109 bundle deal for mani, pedi, and lashes. Although extra designs cost extra, they were willing to give some type of discount. They have a range of colors to choose from too! And will constantly ask you how you think of your nails/lashes to ensure you're satisfied. Restroom could've been cleaner but honestly their affordable services make up for it!

Gel X full set French tip with flower design

After coming back from vacation, I went back to see Tianna and took her recommendation to try a Gel-X set for the first time. I am absolutely in love!! This is honestly my favorite set I've gotten so far. I even decided to add the little flower design at the last minute, and I'm so glad I did because it turned out even cuter than I imagined. Tianna is so talented, pays attention to every little detail, and always makes sure I leave happy. I can't stop looking at my nails! I already can't wait for my next appointment!

Went this past weekend and I really wish I could give a better review, but the experience just wasn't it. The salon was packed and it clearly showed.. the technician was rushing to get me out the door so they could move on to the next customer, and the quality suffered because of it. Less than 2 DAYS later, my gel and nails are already peeling and lifting badly (see photos). For the price and time I spent in that chair, this should not be happening this soon. This is a sign of a rushed, sloppy application from the start. You can see the uneven edges and improperly sealed product+ I asked for cherry red but they did a shade that you can see through.!!!!!!!!! If you value good quality and service, I'd look elsewhere. Unfortunately I don't recommend this place to anyone ( who pays attention to details ) I should give less than one star.

i've been coming here since it opened and they NEVER disappoint. the staff are incredible and uplifting not just towards customers but also to each other. everyone is incredibly sweet and hardworking. i'm admittedly picky about my nails but they are so understanding. don't be afraid to tell them if something isn't to your liking! it is obvious they take pride in their work and want you to leave happy. they also don't shy away from trying new designs and with a little patience, they get you RIGHT! the owner nina is also such a doll. :) i recommend trying to come in on a weekday. weekends have been popping each time hehe. call to see if there's walk in availability. they are very good at getting you in as well. read more

Because I KNEW going in the day before 4th of July, I'd had to wait Nina and her staff worked diligently to ensure everyone was getting great service. Quality is top notch! And Nina did an amazing job of multi- tasking; from answering phones, to making customers happy as well as working on the customer's nails as well! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called early in the morning to schedule an appointment. I showed up for my appointment and the waiting area was extremely busy (8 people sitting for their turn and 2 people standing). I told them that I'm here for my appointment and asked how long the wait is and they said when the pedicure chairs empty, we will be next. They recommended the coffee shop a few doors down while we wait. THAT WAS A JOKE!! Came back and chairs were filled AGAIN with other people (only left for 5 minutes if that). We were patient and waited an hour even though we had scheduled an appointment. Super frustrating!!! Ended up walking out. I'm sure the business owner is going to respond because he does for all posts. BUSINESS OWNER: please manage your walk-ins and appointments better. Appointments should take precedence over walk-ins. Don't allow appointments if you CANNOT honor them. Sad part is I bought their Groupon. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!! read more

Called for a last minute walk-in & they took me in right away. I live really close & was driving by one day and noticed their grand opening sign. Nina is super nice & welcoming, the manager of the salon. Helen was the one who did my pedicure and she was so good at making me feel relaxed. You cannot beat this nail salons prices and services! The manager, Nina is so attentive and cares that everyone is having a great experience. She is also very talented with designs. I request Mindy to do my moms nails as she is very gentle and my mom is sensitive-- my mom was so satisfied with her experience and loved her nails. They have all the new trendy colors and their base gel mani/pedi at $55 is unbeatable. I also started doing my lashes here (by appointment only) and LOVE them. The tech doing my pedicure was on turbo mode! It felt like she was speeding through everything, but honestly my fault for coming in during lunch time. She was probably speeding so she can go eat lunch after. I did the regular pedicure $28 (with discount) which said it had a mask and 5 min massage but no mask was given and massage was only 3 minutes. This was my only time to relax as a mom and I was really hoping to enjoy it as much as everyone else did :( On the positive side... very nice staff, good paint job and the shop has lots of colors available. They currently have a very affordable promo going on so I hope to come back and have a different tech and a more enjoyable experience! read more

First time here, when you walk in, staff is so welcoming that the vibe is amazing. I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she did such a beautiful job. Mina (manager) completed the design, which she did a fabulous job! I am going back in 2 weeks to get my fill. I recommend this place to anyone who's in the neighborhood or who lives around Anaheim. I've been going to Viva Nail Spa for over a year now, and they're consistently amazing. Every visit feels so welcoming--it really has that at-home vibe. Tiana did my nails this time and absolutely nailed it. My French tip with a 3D flower came out so beautiful and detailed--I'm obsessed! Nina, the owner, is the best and keeps the salon so cute with seasonal decor. The whole team is accommodating, talented, and offers a wide variety of styles. I have been to this salon three times this month, and I can say that the customer Service is beyond excellent. The inside is very clean and laid-back, as well as modern and sleek. I've received gel pedicures and Gel-X sets and I've loved them all. Nina is amazing and super friendly/personable. She's the main person who interacts with everyone. Tiana is incredible at what she does as a Gel X/Nail technician. What's awesome about these two ladies is that they provide education and consultation about nail hygiene/health and designs/art work. Helen is also lovely at doing pedicures. They offer a spin on their wheel for spending 85$+ and a stamp card for services! Bringing my Vietnamese best friend next time to support local businesses and because she's a glam girl also! read more

Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. The parking lot was nearly empty at this hour, and I hit the jackpot with parking. I walked in here, and I didn't know where the Pedialyte was. I decided to ask the lady from the Photograph area where to get it. She was straightforward and told me that I could find it on Aisle 10 on my right-hand side. I found the Pedialyte in just 6 seconds. It was so good. The cashier guy was kind enough to help me out with paying for my Pedialyte because I had some difficulty. Wasn't that long and I was able to get it out in a paper bag. I went home and I ranked 2/3 of the Pedialyte I got. I was able to recover pretty well.

I was surprised by how few veteran-owned nail salons there were, so when I found Trendy Nail & Spa, I knew that was the place. I stopped by in person to make a reservation for four. The owner was was incredibly welcoming, and even though they were fully booked on what looked like a very busy Saturday, he made room for my group. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Even with a full salon, the place never felt rushed or chaotic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and were genuinely happy to be there, which I knew it would contribute to my friends' experience to be even more enjoyable. The ladies had an amazing time, and their manicures and pedicures turned out absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. I've been coming to Viva Nails for over a year now, and I can honestly say this salon is different from any other place I've been. The biggest difference is how much they genuinely care about their clients. They don't just do your nails. They make you feel like family. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with kindness, and it feels like I'm visiting friends rather than just another nail appointment. No matter what design I bring in or how picky I am, they always get my nails exactly how I want them. If I've ever had a small issue, they've never hesitated to fix it and make sure | leave happy. That level of customer service is so hard to find these days. Kim and Trish and Amy give the best pedicures, and I look forward to seeing them every time. For my nails, I always go to Nina or Tiana every month, and they never disappoint. Helen is fantastic at manicures and pedicures too!! I love the massage chairs that I get to use during the pedicure!! Their attention to detail is amazing, and they consistently make my nails look perfect. I'm moving soon, and one of the things I'm going to miss the most is everyone at Viva Nails. Finding a salon with this much talent, consistency, and genuine care is rare. This is such a cute little nail salon located in west Anaheim. It is very clean and decorated in Labubu decor. The ladies working there was welcoming and very friendly. We didn't make an appointment but they still took us in right away for my daughter and I. We got the gel x package. My nail tech was Mindy. She did an amazing job and my nails look so pretty. She let me try different colors so I can decide and she was so patient with my indecisiveness. Bless her heart! My daughter's nail was done by Tiana and she did such a cute design. It looked even better than the picture my daughter presented to her. My daughter broke one nail the next day and Tiana fixed it for her at no charge. Isn't she wonderful! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and received excellent customer service. The young lady managing the shop was so sweet and friendly. Everyone there made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Job was better than expected, no waiting, and price was very reasonable compared to other salons. I would highly recommend this nail salon to my friends and family! I recently visited this new manicure and pedicure business, and I had a mixed experience. The gel colors I chose for my manicure and pedicure were great, and the pedicure by Helen was well done. However, I wasn't happy with the manicure done by Tina for a few reasons: 1. The manicure started chipping and losing color after just two days. 2.The application was uneven, and the polish was too thick in some areas. 3.Tina didn't ask for my feedback during the process and seemed distracted by other things, which affected the overall experience. While the salon is new and clean, I feel like there's room for improvement in both customer service and the quality of the service provided. I really wanted to support a small business, but I believe there should be more focus on delivering consistent, high-quality results. I'd give this place 2 stars. The salon itself seemed nice and the staff was friendly, but my overall experience was disappointing. One of my nails fell off not even a week later, and the color started peeling pretty quickly. They did offer to fix it, which I appreciated, but with my work schedule I couldn't make it back in time, so I had to go somewhere else. It's also a bit out of my way, which makes it inconvenient to return. The appointment also felt rushed, and toward the end I was left waiting without much communication, and they didn't even apply cuticle oil, which is usually standard. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not worth the time or money for me. read more

And the manager, Nina, treated her staff like family. They're all super supportive and work together to make sure you have a great experience. I had an amazing pedicure and gel manicure, and I highly recommend it. If you don't want to wait in line, I suggest calling and booking an appointment in advance. It was my first time here. Kenny did my gel-x full set with designs and Sam did my deluxe pedicure (their most recommended pedicure) with gel polish. Love how both techs did a very detailed and thorough job. Kenny is such a talented nail artist. I told him to surprised me with something cute and he delivered! I went to this nail salon with a friend, and we both had a bad experience. While the final look of my nails were okay, the process was far from pleasant they were not gentle at all. The staff also had a bad attitude, and I actually had to come back the next day to have my nails fixed. On top of that, they charge an extra $10 just to use UV light on polish, which is ridiculous. My friend didn't get the UV light, and her nails ended up smudging anyway. Overall, I would definitely recommend going to a different salon. read more

I love that they have such a good variety of gel as well as cat eye nail polish. I honestly love the gel mani and gel pedi combo. It's such a good deal for only $55! I had a great experience here! I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure, and they did such a good job. The techs were super careful and made sure everything looked perfect.
