Not sure what all the hype is about this place! I decided to give it a try after seeing it on Instagram, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The pedicure itself was okay, but the polish job was not good at all. All I wanted was a smooth, clean polish with simple square-shaped nails. I showed up for my appointment and the waiting area was extremely busy (8 people sitting for their turn and 2 people standing). They recommended the coffee shop a few doors down while we wait. THAT WAS A JOKE!! Came back and chairs were filled AGAIN with other people (only left for 5 minutes if that). We were patient and waited an hour even though we had scheduled an appointment. Super frustrating!!! Ended up walking out. I'm sure the business owner is going to respond because he does for all posts. BUSINESS OWNER: please manage your walk-ins and appointments better. Appointments should take precedence over walk-ins. I'm trying to determine how I feel about my experience as a I write this. I called ahead of time to get pricing and availability. I am very very picky when it comes to my nails. I've been going to the same person for 10 years we moved last year and found myself having to look for a new nail tech. I asked for gel pedicure & new set with thin French tip. I made sure to tell my nail tech one of my nails was slanted more towards one side twice. I also made sure to tell her I did not want to see the nail bed underneath as she was placing the powder. That was addressed. Shortly after both comments were made they started speaking their native tongue which of course I don't understand what I could understand was "picky" & "design" My issue is the actual french tip. All of the tips are a different thickness and they are not aligned to the same of the nail as far as thickness goes. There's inconsistencies on just about all my nails. Once she did the first nail she said "you see, very pretty I can do" & giggled My other issue is the shape of my toe nails, yes they were short going in but I didn't ask for round toe nails. Went this past weekend and I really wish I could give a better review, but the experience just wasn't it. The salon was packed and it clearly showed.. the technician was rushing to get me out the door so they could move on to the next customer, and the quality suffered because of it. Less than 2 DAYS later, my gel and nails are already peeling and lifting badly (see photos). For the price and time I spent in that chair, this should not be happening this soon. This is a sign of a rushed, sloppy application from the start. You can see the uneven edges and improperly sealed product+ I asked for cherry red but they did a shade that you can see through.!!!!!!!!! If you value good quality and service, I'd look elsewhere. She was probably speeding so she can go eat lunch after. I did the regular pedicure $28 (with discount) which said it had a mask and 5 min massage but no mask was given and massage was only 3 minutes.
