We were helped by Allie who was so patient with us from beginning to end. They have a cute dressing room for the bride to try on dresses. Allie helped my friend try on 5-6 dresses that we initially picked out, and she then brought 2-3 more to try based on the feedback we were providing throughout the fitting. After my friend picked her dress, we also asked about veils to which Allie picked a few out. She even went as far as bringing one from the back that had just been brought in. That newer veil ended up being the one my friend went home with. We were given complimentary champagne to toast to finding my friend's dress & veil. Overall, Allie and Cherie's Bridal made the process of finding a dress seamless. My friend (and I) had such a great experience overall. Local tailors were also provided to help with any alterations. Cherie's is accessible right off the parking lot (there's a direct entrance), and can also be reached through the inside of the Savage Mill building if you come in from the Big Lot.

She was very friendly and fun and still very professional. It's clear she has strong knowledge of her gowns and customer experience and service skills. We booked the VIP Experience and were a little disappointed that some of the features we expected like the ability to play our own music and requested fruit as part of the snacks were missing and not communicated, but that did not take away from the overall experience of feeling special and finding a fantastic dress. I decided to purchase at this store that is an hour away instead of one 10 minutes from me that had the same dress because of Brooke's customer service and how much communication around preferences and confirmation I got before the appointment. Looking forward to my first fitting and working with alterations on some customization of the gown and plan to update my review with details from that process.

This shop wanted almost half the cost of my dress for alterations alone, so I ended up finding a reputable seamstress elsewhere that did the same alterations for less. I will say that the service for the dress buying part of the experience was excellent. After that, I did not get the impression the store cared as much for the alterations to the same level as the dress purchase. If they had, I would have considered using them for the convenience of a one stop shop despite the price.
