All-in-all, we were happy with the cleaning upholstery service here. They were super quick with communication, and the pricing was clear and up-front. They laid out what info they needed from me, provided scheduling options quickly without needless back and forth, and provided an easy portal and confirmation emails for a smooth process and status tracking. The actual service was also pretty good. The only thing I wish they'd clarified was how they handled stains, such as marker stains. It'd have been nice to know beforehand how they dealt with them, if at all, and what to expect with that. Otherwise, the value was overall standard and good compared to other similar businesses.

I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed.
