Many of my messages have gone unanswered (read receipts to prove that), making it challenging to secure an appointment within the recommended timeframe. My girlfriend's initial appointment was in January, and it is not April and she still has not received the follow-up appointment. Additionally, punctuality was an issue during the initial appointment, and the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. I chose this business because through research, it seemed like a great professional business, but that has proven not to be the case.
