Made an appointment for 2 facials for a Saturday morning at 9:30am over the phone for my friend's 40th birthday. Showed up and they put us into our own spaces next to each other separated by walls that don't go all the way back so that employees can go back and forth to grab items. Our facial lasted for 1.5 hrs. The massage was a long time on our face. They didn't ask us what kind of facial we wanted, they just did the microdermabrasion facial automatically. I am guessing that's all they do. We didn't bother asking because that's what we wanted. They trimmed out eyebrows. I thought that was weird. She didn't even ask me, but she did a good job and I didn't mind it. The ladies speak English but not great. You can understand it. They know how to use facial terms which makes me feel better. I'm sure that everyone there is licensed. We paid $65 for our facials each. It was unbelievable. My friend wants to do this once a month now. Kate usually does my xeomin injections and knows I have anxiety and I feel like she can read when I'm anxious and when I'm not and she acts accordingly, so I always feel safe there. I've gotten xeomin from other injectors there and can say the same about them as well. Taylor recently gave me the most relaxing custom facial and my skin was glowing (not to mention getting me to relax like that is no small feat lol). I'll be booking another for sure.
