One of their specialties is "broasted" chicken, which is a method of frying chicken using a pressure cooker. For my lunch, I ordered a plate with two broasted tenders, fries, a roll, and a drink. Service was warm and friendly. It did take my meal a decent time to come out, especially since they weren't super busy, but it was hot and fresh when I received it. The tenders were very large and juicy. Broasted tenders tend to not have a very dense batter/coating but what there was I found crispy and crunchy. I do wish there'd been a little extra seasoning/kick to it, but solid tenders overall. The fries comes in several different varieties ("seashore," crinkle cut), but I chose seashore, which I interpret to mean they had Old Bay or some other seasoning on them - whatever it was, it tasted pretty good. The roll was kind of sad and hard but it obviously wasn't the main event, lol. I enjoyed the chicken and fries and it was a perfect portion for a more manageable but still very filling lunch.
