Ive only visited this salon once and I had a pretty good first time experience. The wait was a little long but they only had three people working so it was expected. The salon is decorated very beautifully and had the most beautiful chandeliers and the most comfortable chairs (especially the massage chairs). Kevin was my nail tech and appeared to be very popular every customer that came in knew him by name and he made it a point to communicate well and take care of everyone who came in in a timely manner even though it was pretty backed up. I was very impressed with him I've never had that good of customer service at a nail salon before. I will return to this salon! read more

This is the best salon in the Northern Ky / Greater Cincinnati area. Their new Co-Owner Alissa is by far the best Hair Stylist in the metro area, if not the entire state, or country, for that matter. She used to work at Regis in the Florence Mall, but she took her talents here and is the best addition to Vivid Nails that they could've hoped for. I highly recommend you call and book your hair appointments with Alissa, as her Regis clients will most certainly follow her, and her books will be absolutely packed full. I am from Columbus area and had a function in downtown Cincinnati when I had an accident with my nails. I located Vivid Nails& Spa from Siri. My experience was wonderful. I had acrylics and He did a very nice job, taking off the old and putting on the new. He was talkative and friendly and was comfortable to be with working with. My first visit today as a walk-in and am extremely pleased with the service, personnel and shop. Linda was excellent with my pedicure and very concerned and accommodating about my slightly ingrown toenails. Loved the pedicure, eyebrow waxing, and manicure.
