Ok so you probably heard my story about a bait and switch from a local company who posted to…read moreNextdoor that they're offering low prices for brow models and then raised them when people already booked and took the day off. Because of that, I was very wary when a nice person off the FB interwebs messaged me at 10pm about a last minute session the next day. She showed me pictures of their work and said that hers was done by them a while back as well, and this was legitimately free. So I thought about it and gave her my info, not knowing if I was going to go thru with it, since I had back to back appointments and wasn't sure I wanted to model for 6 hours. A little info about me, I had friends that owned beauty colleges in SoCal and always volunteered for hair, makeup, facials, waxes, you name it. How else can people learn other than by doing, under supervision of course. I'm always game to help out, and it's usually temporary since hair grows out, makeup can be washed away, etc. Semi-permanent tattooing is of course a different matter, but I figured that I can always say no if I don't like the way it's measured and it wouldn't cost me anything but time and I have glasses worst case, they can't see it anyways. Andrea messaged me that morning with directions and an appointment via Square. I felt better researching her a little bit. She went viral on TikTok for showing off the work that she does...Link HERE. People come from all over the nation to train under her. She's been doing it for over 1.5 yrs now. She used to work at a call center and wanted more flexibility in her work to be there for her son. She took a course and started working in the field-apparently in Texas all you need is a 2 day course, passing a test, and getting your tattoo license, cosmetology license ISN'T needed. She does such great work that a lot of her clients would ask her to help them learn, so she started training and honestly she's sooo patient and professional, it was a good sidestep for her. On the day that I went, she had me sign a form in the parking lot, kinda like a doctor's form to make sure you don't have allergies and understood the risks. Then showed me in her boutique where there were 3 separate rooms with the front room being the office, and the other 2 with beds. She introduced me to my technician who was there from Amarillo, Elva, who was doing the 2 day course, the 2nd day being that they would practice on live models (me). She had already spent the day before learning concepts, passing the exam, and practicing on a fake model. She found Andrea on TikTok and paid for her own travel and lodging as well as $2400 to train under Andrea. There was a trainee in the front room who came from Oregon to train with her, so she's very popular. She also does training sessions around the nation. I think she went to Sacramento the week after I got my brows done. So Andrea (trainer) has Elva (trainee) explain to me what they are going to do. In theory, the process was pretty simple: 1. Measure the eyebrows, make sure I like them 2. Draw them in 3. Shave the hairs around outline of eyebrows 4. Select the tattoo colors 5. Tattoo the outline 6. Shade in the outline 7. Apply numbing cream 8. Go over the eyebrow several more layers depending on how it shows up 9. Check on the one eyebrow 10. Repeat on other eyebrow In practice, it was a lot of work (hence the normal costs of $400-$800 for the 1st session, not including touch ups). What they did was spend 3 hours measuring and comparing and making sure that each line was symmetrical and precise. I'm talking about millimeters here. Read more here since apparently it's too long of a review: https://www.todoelpaso.com/2021/10/27/ombre-brows-for-free-ummm-yea/

Doctor was great and staff was nice Will definitely be back…read more My visit was last minute but where able to get me in the same day and for that I am thankful

I found this place thru my insurance. When I got there I actually saw the reviews....not good. So…read moreI had X-rays and the dentist came in to consult. He did not tell me who he was...I had to ask. He looked in my mouth and literally could NOT SEE that I have a bracket on one molar. When I told him about it, He then encouraged me to continue my orthodontia with him. I declined. WTF??? He also did not see the decalcification that was ON MY FRINT TOOTH. Is this dude blind??? That shows you the extent of him actually looking in my mouth. The hygienist then came in and said I need a special cleaning that costs way more than the usual. Last time I checked a cleaning was a cleaning. The dentist told me that I have THREE filings that need to be replaced. (I'm going to a new dentist that I have to wait 2 months to get in with. My suspicion is that my fillings are not cracked but they use this as a way to make money. I'll update this review when I have my 2nd opinion.). Then they handed me a $4000 bill (about $1200 with insurance) and said, "can we get started? We have payment plans!" . I will not be going back. These ppl at this office are SO BAD. Do not under any circumstances go here. I felt like they found their cash cow or something. Seriously... if you want to handle dental services like this, you ought get better reviews. THEN, after I found a new dentist, I called them to get my X-rays and they literally charge $50 to have them EMAILED. If your teeth are absolutely falling out of your mouth....go see a different dentist. I called my insurance to see if this is legal, it is...but highly unethical. But I imagine that $50 is the only way they are making money these days. In retrospect, they were able to get me in to a SATURDAY APPT in TWO DAYS. And the place was COMPLETELY EMPTY when I got there. The new dentist I found can't see me for 2 months because he's so busy. I have now seen it all. Oh and do NOT SIGN the video consent form. They literally wanted me to sign away the rights to my own image in pictures and videos. WHY WOUKD A DENTIST WANT YOU TO SIGN AWAY YOUR LIKENESS ONLINE. They could post ANYTHING about you and you would have zero recourse. The fact they have that consent firm shows that they are likely using others likenesses online.

I originally was going to go to someone else, but they were booked and said they work with The Dentist. I was hesitant but was able to get in right away. I showed up and the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY kind and patient, and was understanding about me being in a lot of pain. I had X-rays done and the examination, and I advised them I had a ton of anxiety from awful past experiences. Every single person who attended to me last Saturday and today have been nothing but kind and informative. I was still scared but they made sure I felt no pain before doing work, and always checking in to see if I was okay. Even wiping my tears I could not recommend them enough, especially if you have extreme dental anxiety.

At the end of the appt I ended up not needing a crown so I was told a refund would be issued. This was in May 2026 and it is now August 2026 with still no refund and now I'm being pestered with late payments and collections affecting my credit. The office just keeps telling me every week it's been handled with still no refund and the 3rd party creditors saying they are waiting for the paperwork from the dental. I am beyond frustrated being the middle person and will never go to this dentist again!!!
