I've only been to Vivian once and that seemed to be all I needed - I've been struggling with my right leg before bedtime having some sort of weird nerve pinching sensation. It didn't happend every night, but it was at least once or maybe twice a week. I would find myself trying to find ways to release the pressure by massaging my leg or foot, but nothing worked UGH I was so frustrated and wanted this discomforting weird pain to go away!... In 2024, my sister had found Vivian for sciatica and told me that in her first session, Vivian made her CRY but in a good way. She went for a couple more sessions and her sciatica was gone! In Jan 2025, My dad ended up with sciatica and had to be sent to the hospital by ambulance since the pain was so unbearable he couldn't walk. The hospital couldn't book him for physical therapy until end of February but Vivian took him the next day! With Vivian, his pain went from 100 to 10!! Went one more time and was walking normal in less than a week ! Now it is my turn but for different reasons. My issue had been on going for more than a year. I had one session and since then, I haven't had any more issues with that awful pinched nerve!!! AND not only that -she showed me WHERE it was coming from, which wasn't my leg or foot, but my lower back! She explained to me and showed me a diagram of how it is all connected. She found the root cause !!! So if I ever felt it coming back, all I needed to do was to stretch or use a foam roller. But it hardly comes back-it's been a month and I haven't had that sensation anymore! My longest streak ever, and thanks to viv!! Vivian is by far the best physical therapist I've been to in my life. She can fix everything from head to toe and she will give you useful exercises to prevent that injury from coming back. I've been seeing Vivian for 2 months now and she's really, really the best. I went to see Vivie on referral from a friend because I was experiencing extreme body tightness, physical and mental fatigue.
